Had our vehicle 2 days shy of a month. I called them 9 times to get updates, find out what was going on, could they fix it. Got the run around every time, not sure what was going on, someone else was going to look at it, no idea. They called me once to ask questions. They said we needed a new key and had ordered it. We waited another week, i called again and no key had beem ordered, and that it would need to be towed to a dealer and they would have to do the work. If they had told me i would have had it taken there a week prior.
Poor communication. No updates. Whoever works on the cars never tells the office what is going on. Owning a business is different than working in someone elses shop.

Did a great job and we’re fast at fixing repair that I’ve been putting off for three years. Also stayed a little late for me to get there to pick up my vehicle. Will definitely be going back in recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you for all of your hard work

Best place to get your car fixed! Josh is very thorough, and tells you up front what needs to be fixed or replaced. Very friendly office staff as well. Thanks Shelia for all your help with renting the U-haul this weekend.

Being older I finally found a place to take my car
, to. They are honest, reasonable and friendly. Being single most of my life been ripped off by mechanics. I have referred 4 people to them. My sister drives from White Cloud to have her vehicle serviced. Can't say enough good about this place.

I took my truck there a couple of years ago. They did pretty well with it. So I took my car there to get an alignment, but then they told me. My car was unsafe to drive. And would cost me 2 grand to replace parts that weren't even needed to be replaced. And the reason that I know they didn't need to be replaced. Is cause I just had the dealership. Work on the car a week before that and put all new front-end parts. So idk Why they lied to me.
