Took them a week to give us a price for trade in. Gave an offensively low price. Disgusted. And for the fix- over $2500 more than three other places called.

We had an amazing experience at Ed Koehn. Our salesman Tyler went above and beyond to get us in the car of our dreams! He was extremely helpful during the whole process. Couldn't be more satisfied.

As we went into the dealership to sign for our lease we were greeted by our salesman Michael Ruff. He was ready for us. He went over all the new features in our 2022 Escape. There were some we could figure out,but some we may have had to read the manual for. We appreciated the time he took to make sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle.Thank you for everything,Mr. Ruff!

My experience buying a new 2022 ford truck from Ed Kohen ford in Greenville Mi was plagued with issues. They tried to raise the price after we had made the deal. Then after the truck was in production they said I could not set up financing until they had the truck( so I went to my bank and did it). 7 months later when the truck arrived the salesman called to say that I could not pick it up until they drove it for 100 miles to get it out of "Transportation Mode" which is a flat out lie. Transportation Mode is a factory setting just to remind them to check all fluids and drive a short distance ( about 15 miles) to make sure everything is OK. I believe they wanted to use my truck for test drives or worse. So I picked it up the day it arrived. It was to have free navigation for 90 days but two weeks later we still can get it to turn on even with ford.com's help.A dealer installed option was to have a box of parts in the truck but 2 days later I checked with the parts manager and he dug around and found it but could not tell me if everything came or not.

Well I am still waiting on a email from ron the service manager, ive been a tech for 20 years, ive done failure analysis for 5 years, transmission rebuilder, engine builder, diff builder....point is I know my way around a car. I try to never bring my car to a dealer or any shop if I can avoid it for issues just like this but I had some warranty left on my 2017 charger and it need a ac compressor. drove my car for 3 months or so after it got replaced by there tech, put it up for the winter....got her out and two weeks into warm temps my ac isn't working. brought it back up to them and I as told my air box rubbed threw the line, so I thought ok that's my issue, Ill fix it and then bring it back so they can charge it up. come to find out the line was snapped off at the a/c compressor. now based off my experience as a tech and the century of knowledge ive never seen a a/c line snap off right at the a/c compressor unless it was weakened by it getting bent back and forth, and it weakened the point of the line and then when I turned ac on the psi snapped the line. pretty odd that I had no issues then I get a a/c compressor fixed and now 2 weeks into warm weather the line just magically snaps....not buying it. so I wrote ron a email, included pictures and I have yet to get a response. im actually not even trying to get them to eat the total cost, ive already bought and replaced the line and I said id pay half the cost of the recharge fees..... so needless to say when something happens there never wrong, they must all just be perfect, and lets just screw over the customer. I work at a dealer myself currently and we have had customer come in and complain about something that we knew 100% is not our fault but we still work with the customer to keep them happy, because word or mouth can hurt a company a lot more then eating a couple hundred dollars that I know can be written off. so don't bring your vehicle there unless you want more problems and then have to pay for those problems.
