“Trailered my boat up to Traverse City from 8/2-8/11. First time using deluxe self storage and loved it. Impressive property.. 68 upgraded cameras positioned every angle you could imagine for very safe security. As you drive through, motion sensor lights turn on at night. I will be using Deluxe Self Storage again the next time I bring my boat up. The owner is responsive and really nice and genuine to talk to. Awesome experience!”
“Very kind owners who are thoughtful and helpful. No wait for a unit. Our two 10x25 units are both clean and in good condition. Security cameras are installed on property. Need to provide lock for your own doors. Very satisfied storing our cars here for the winter! Units are monthly pay as you go with at least a weeks heads up when choosing to discontinue use of the unit.”
“I was renting a 5x10 unit and just upgraded to a 10x10. I left a voicemail with information and asked for someone to call me back when they could. Less than 5 minutes later I received a call from a super helpful who explained pricing and options available to me, and let me hang up while she completed the unit transfer for me using my credit card and information already on file! It was so easy and fast I couldn’t believe it!”

“Hard to find at first. There is no Office. Everything is done through Email. My only concern is that there's not enough security. I didn't see one camera. I helped a friend remove her items as she no longer needed the storage unit. Better protocol should have been implemented. Thank God all of her belongings were as she left them.”

“This was our 3rd year back to beautiful Traverse City,MI for a week long vacation! We stayed in a gorgeous condo at Peninsula Bay Resort. The accomodations were beautiful and very comfortable Our balcony overlooked the pristine Bay. We would definitely recommend staying at a Schmidt-Rogers property.You'll have everything you need for a peaceful,relaxing,and super fun time!
