Been in the store several times and was amazed with how many toys are in there, especially Breyer horses, called them and the lady was very sweet. Said she could hold something for me, overall, super amazing store and employees

The I went into the store with my little sister because she wanted to get a stuffed animal. When I entered the store a lady started following me and said “I’m keeping an eye on you two”. It really didn’t make me feel welcomed and I wouldn’t step foot in that store.

My 11 year old child went in there excited wanting to buy a toy and of course if you’re going to buy something you touch it and see it, After several minutes the lady comes and starts yelling and accusing my daughter of stealing when never in a million years she would of thought about that. From her own words she said “ I swear if I see you with it I am going to…” ?Be careful when you go in there, she doesn’t like people/kids touching anything.

Big board game selection and plenty of toys. A lot of cheap toys in bins as well for little ones. There's definitely some marked up prices but that's to be expected in a mall. Worth the trip and looking around. Staff is kind of rude

Worst toy store experience! My younger sister wanted to go in this store because she wanted to find calico critters, so my friend and I went with her to look around. Everything was going fine because we saw toys that reminded us of our childhood. But as soon as we went to look at the squishy toys, everything turned upside down. I wanted to buy some stress balls and I was looking for a few and my sister shows my friend and I one. It was already out of the bag so she was playing around with it. Note that it was one of those ones that are slippery and fall out of your hand easily!!! When she dropped it, the lady at the register comes up to us and starts yelling at us saying that we’re not supposed to open up the toys and throw them. We were all really confused and my sister was defending herself by saying “it’s slippery and was already out of the package” but the lady wouldn’t listen. She was very rude and insisted that we were wasting products that she could make money with.If you’re so right, look at the cameras. This lady was so disrespectful and negative about something that she was in the wrong about. I put the toys I wanted to buy away and my sister was so sad for the rest of the day.This is a toy store! Kids love to look at toys and will obviously want to get their hands on things that catch their attention. How dare you give such disrespect to a kid who didn’t even open the toy! My family is very angry about this and we’re never going there again. Fix your attitude with children, you’re in a toy store.

I was double charged for a puzzle, and when I noticed and went back to have it fixed the employee was BEYOND rude and accused me of lying. She refused to fix it. I called and attempted to speak to the owner, who I’d spoken to on Facebook previously. Apparently their phones weren’t working because she couldn’t hear me. She was even more rude than her employee, sarcastically addressed me by name, posted my number on Facebook, and hung up on me. I’m speaking to my bank because I clearly won’t be getting my money back from these jokers. Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe them.

Bought a toy for my son that was damaged out of the box. Took it back and they said they wouldn’t return or exchange it. Never going back here

Today was the first and absolute last time I will ever set foot in this over priced store! First the owner followed my daughter around the store, then approached her when on the way out and asked if she still had 2 small teddy bears and a yellow ball. When my daughter told her no she then wanted my daughter to show her where in the store she put them. When the items weren’t where my daughter showed her, the owner then asked to look through her purse which legally she was NOT supposed to do. Once she did not see in my daughters purse what she was looking for, she had the nerve to say “well kids come in here all the time and take stuff”. Are these black kids? She was the only BLACK child in the store and the only child who was being watched!! I have never in my life been harassed the way I was today. I will never step foot in that store again and if you are a person of color I advise you to do the same!

Pros: Fantastic board game selection, one of the better selections in the city. Literally the only reason it has any stars.Cons: no Lego. Way the heck too much Playmobil. In 30 years on this earth, I've never even met a kid that actually likes Playmobil.
