Left the Staples store about 30 minutes ago. Just wanted one copy of a cartoon that ran in a newspaper years ago. Asked the print shop person if they could just enlarge it slightly and make it a little darker. She explained I needed an appointment and would be looking at a charge of $7 or $8. Claimed she had 200 orders to process before they close and could not help with one copy. I decided to try to run a copy at the self-serve copier, but they wanted my credit card info first. For a 75 cent charge. (I don't put such small purchases on credit). Told her they are making it way too difficult to do business with them and left. GOODBYE STAPLES!!!

This place is great - we've printed over 30 orders here and if there was ever and issue, they resolved it with extreme kindness and care. We even had an emergency quick print needed and they were able to help us out. Highly recommend!

What’s up with this place’s raging employees???
I had the audacity to say good morning and attempt eye contact with the person processing my Amazon return. …. Crickets. … I had a pice of paper shoved in my face indicating the transaction was complete.
I’m glad Amazon is trying to resuscitate this antiquated cinder box encased clearance sale of a business, but if you’re working there, that is your choice. There are so many service-based places that are hiring and likely paying close to what you make here, if not better. Please don’t treat the people patronizing this barely breathing monster of a business, whatever the reason (thanks Amazon), as an inconvenience or disruption from your nap time. Feel free to practice the skills that will be required for you to obtain employment when this business finally folds and you’re left in the rubble because you were too scared or insecure to get out before it collapsed around you.

We came in late to buy ink as the store started to close, but Michelle and Daniel had exemplary customer service, with a smile and a very helpful attitude. Michelle took the time to explain Easy Rewards and guided us through the process. Grateful to have nice people working at our neighborhood Staples!

Self serve scanning works well from their copiers, you can email up to 5 addresses. But it’s kind of costly for not using any paper at 55 c/page.

Bonnie in the printing department was extremely helpful for me. She was super busy and was helping customers three or four at a time. She's a great employee.

The store was very very dirty today, from the entrance to the aisles. I've never seen the store of a major retailer this filthy. Really disgusting.

Retail is tough with people and replenishment of products. Looksnlike they are struggling here. Many empty shelves and hooks, and it was very messy, but the people were awesome.
