    went in 4 an oil chang. they broke the 3 bold nuts and charged me 320$ to replace them. save u time and money go somewhere else(my car only 5 yrs old)

    Parts dept never answers the phone. Like really never, I've tried 5x, never an answer. Called and ordered @Spartan Toyota, they answered in 3 rings

    I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After changing my oil they text me stating they could not rotate my tires because the lug nuts were rusted and would break. It would be $200 per broken lug to replace. Since then I have had my brakes replaced and tires rotated elsewhere. No broken lug nuts! LIER LIER PANTS... read full comment
