Grounds are run down appliances very cheap and rum up your bill to the price of a 4 bedroom home. Pool was opened late with no heater all season. The supposed replaced in August, but the pool was never heated.

This is an update to my previous post. Things continue to go down hill and there is a large group of us now talking and sharing our experiences not only with the management but the conditions of the grounds and disrespect towards us. The grounds including the landscaping and grass have deteriorated in such a short time. The irrigation wasn't working and the grass died and the weeds grew rapidly and took over. The pool was never heated. The finally got rid of all the dead landscaping this fall, but didn't replace it. They hired a concrete company to spread mulch this past fall too. Their equipment left black oil stains everywhere on the cement walks and asphalt drives with no accountability. The gym is unsanitary. Funny, but not funny. The management here tells us that those are free amenities. I don't know who he thinks he's talking to, but there are a lot of middle aged professionals here at the moment with bachelor and master degrees. Not only do our rents pay for these amenities, but his wages too. The management not only talks down to us, but insults us at the same time especially when it comes to money and their neglect. They add charges to our accounts and then get very nasty and disrespectful when any of us bring it into question. They say it's corporate "Continental" and their is nothing they can do about it. They lie to our face, because that's not true. They do have the ability to correct things and negotiate rates. Some of us here had increases in our rent while others negotiated the same price as the previous lease. Saying this place is a luxury apartment complex is false advertising. I know luxury especially when I travel. Any reputable company will try to please the customer. We are customers here. The answer here is no, now what's your question. It's more than obvious they are starting to lack in tenants from all of the empty parking spaces and we are now offered a $500 finders fee in we can sucker in new tenants. This manager knows nothing of customer service and respect. I wouldn't let him mange my sock drawer let alone a "luxury" apartment complex.

I don't recommend living here. For the price and area, you can find better complexes to live. Check out the Grove 1 mile down the road. I've lived here for 4 years and the only reason I'm still here is I hate moving and I'm very settled in my apartment. The front office staff is an absolute joke. They'll charge you incorrectly on your rent statements, and when addressed, they'll gaslight you and lie straight to your face about it. The front desk girl (i won't name drop her but if you live here you know) is truly the rudest person I've ever spoken to, every single resident here has had negative experiences with her, yet she still hasn't had any customer service training. Your rent goes up hundreds of dollars at renewal, but the amenities get worse and worse every year. They didn't open the pool until June this year, truly the last complex to open their pool in all of GR. And if things stay the same as they have in previous years, the pool will be closed for multiple days every single week because residents take their children in the pool and allow them to poop in it (and the front office does nothing to prevent this, so it happens over and over again all summer long). There is dog poop EVERYWHERE, the landscaping is overgrown, they allow aggressive dogs to live here and interact with well-behaved dogs at the dog park. My dog has been attacked at the dog park, as had several other dogs that I'm aware of (not including those i don't know about). Lastly, Im posting here because they delete any feedback on the public Facebook page that they don't like (or doesn't look positive to future residents). Hopefully they learn sooner rather than later that it's easier to keep current residents rather than continue to try and recruit new residents, especially since they're having to lie to potential new residents to get them here (for example, posted a picture of the OPEN pool from last year in early May on facebook to entice residents to move in, meanwhile the pool wasn't open for 3-4 weeks later) . Don't live here.

Disappointing to say the LEAST.The office and service team do not follow through with what they say they will do,they don't return calls when they say they will, when something occurs that falls back on them being responsible they DO NOT apologize or provide any sort of help throughout process. When it comes to myself or my dog being in danger at your complex, one would think your staff would put your tenants safety first and take responsibility as a complex. I have been a resident here for almost THREE years and thetreatment I have received within the last couple of months hasbeen extremely disappointing and moving forward I will not berecommending this complex to ANY friend or family. We pay rent for an apartment with a working dishwasher. I filed my first service order in MARCH and only after ME continually contacting them for updates on the dishwasher, I get told it would be replaced the first week in MAY. Decided to follow up as it's now the second week in May and still no word on my dishwasher and when I contacted the front office I was told it's still on order, it's out of their control and to "just wash my dishes by hand!" The lack of respect and empathy is truly disappointing! How about take money off my monthly rent for the months we are without one? This isn't even half of the issues that I have experienced within the last couple of months, the list goes on. If you are thinking about moving here I'd suggest your rethink it!

Prepare to never sleep here because the noise levels are frequently awful at odd hours of the night. Management (Sabrina) routinely dismisses and fails to address tenant concerns regarding loud noise (their snow removal vendor shows up at 4 am and proceeds to blast the neighbors with noise for 7 hours straight) and covid safety compliance measures in the gym. We made her aware of tenants ignoring social distance rules and her response was simply that management posted signs in compliance with local orders. The burden of enforcing those rules apparently falls on the individual tenants. We already got into it with other residents about their ignoring social distance rules and had to threaten some of them. Will be interesting to see a fight break out between tenants over the gym equipment as a result of Sabrina'a failure to do her job. This management cares only about money and fees. Once they have your money you can expect them to dismiss your concerns and suggestions to improve the community. Avoid at all costs. They will increase your rent by 50 pct (asking $3900 for a month to month). Even luxury apartments in large cities do not charge this much. It is more than a mortgage!Agree with the other review that apartments are very cheaply constructed of paper thin walls and floors. We have had nothing but noise issues with our neighbors dropping heavy objects on the floor late at night, slamming their door so loudly our walls shake, and letting their cat run wild at 3 am. Flooring is so thin we hear the cat's paws. Our heating bill is over $200 every month because of poor insulation. Bedrooms are cold even with heating vents open. Apartments are very dusty. Unlikely the hvac was ever cleaned. Not good if you have allergies like I do. Appliances are the cheapest you can buy; the dishwasher is the same model my parents used in the 80s (lowest end GE version and incredibly noisy). The kitchens are cramped and unsuitable for two people. I wished we had rented at the other complexes we considered because living here has been so stressful and irritating.
