I've been working with Matt since 2018 when he helped us buy a house for my son to rent from us while attending college. Usually you buy a house with an agent and don't interact much afterwards.. not the case with Matt. Anytime I have needed a recommendation for any service or repair for the house, he has not only obliged, but connected me personally, and even followed up on the service afterwards. When it was time to sell this little house last month, Matt went above and beyond again, explaining his strategy to get us the highest offers possible (higher than I even thought was in realm of possibility). I will admit skepticism and even challenged him a number of times on the plan, but ultimately decided to trust his expertise and knowledge. Boy did it pay off! My husband I were blown away by the number of VERY high offers we had for consideration. I can't say enough about Matt Luce and his level of hustle, experience and understanding of the realestate market; not to mention his commitment to his clients before, during and after every sale. Thank you Matt for everything you've done for our family!

If you want to feel like your best friend is helping you get a house, please find that best friendship in Matthew. As a first time home buyer, he was so helpful at every single step of the way. This branches beyond beginning, middle and end. He helps you afterwards too, to make sure everything is as it should be. Matthew did a fantastic job helping us purchase a home and sell our condo! If you’re looking for a realtor who cares about you and your needs, wants, and goals- look no further.Matthew’s responsiveness was great- he responds to texts and calls in a timely fashion. You will never miss out on a showing or open house- Matthew or someone on his showing team are always available for home tours. We appreciated the care and time he took to explain every step of the process and he never made it seem like he was too busy or distracted when dealing with him. The delivery of the information he shared was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He invested a huge amount of time into walking us through properties and pointing out things we as inexperienced homebuyers might miss. He treats the situation like he is purchasing the property – he will look out for you and have your best interests in mind.Matthew has a great network of people he has put us in contact with as well. From a loan officer to inspectors and future contractors- everyone he has recommended has been stellar to work with. Matthew helped my husband and myself find and purchase our first home. We had one realtor before we met him......what a night and day difference there is between the two. Matthew is very laid back and easy to work with. He is excellent at responding and explaining certain things about the home buying/selling process.
