I picked up my 2024 X3 M40i last Friday. The delivery process was very personal and special. The process all started last January when I first met with Drake to start discussing the new 2025 X3, what it might look like, when it would be revealed, when I could order one, etc. I really appreciated Drake's honesty in not overpromising the timing. In the end, he was spot on, locking me in very early on the list for their first allocation. Once the 2025 was revealed, I changed my mind and decided to go with the 2024. All was fine with Drake, no pressure or frustration, just excitement that we found one I really liked that was ready to go in production. A few weeks later, there it was. Drake was patient, professional, and personal throughout the entire process.
I've purchased a number of new cars over the years, but none of those experiences are comparable to the Sharpe BMW experience. I've soaked up the Owner's Manual and, with the help of Erika, have a pretty good feel for how everything works. While the technology is awesome, and can seem a bit overwhelming at first, it's actually pretty intuitive and fairly easy to pick up. Shawn was great in closing out the deal, with a patient explanation, but no pressure, re add-ons.
The entire Sharpe BMW team did a great job. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The dealership broke my rim while changing out the tires. Had to haggle with the service technician (Jordan R) for several days before they would agree to repair my car. It was a total of 3 weeks before my car was returned to me. As a way to punish me for holding my ground and not paying for something they obviously damaged, I am not allowed to use a loaner vehicle from them again. I tried expressing my grievances to the service director, Ben Dekruyter. He told me he was going on vacation and would get back to me when he could. I have yet to hear back from him. Attached is the photo sent to me from the service technician trying to convince me the damage was done prior to the dealership picking up my car, driving it from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids. What do you think? I think I will not trust this dealership. They take advantage of women, pushing unnecessary services for profit. In the end, they don't care about you or what it takes to retain good, paying customers. Is there anyone out there that still puts value on good customer service with integrity?

Being my first time working with Sharpe bmw I have had a positive experience. They have a great team of professionals. Thank-you Ryan, Drake, and Erika for your excellent customer experience!

I brought my car in for an oil change and filter change. I was charged $25 (to install air filter) but they didn't put the air filter in and didn't tell me it hadn't been done. They do the bill on your phone so it's hard to read the details - I shouldn't have paid via the app. When I realized what had happened I called and spoke to my advisor who was flippant and said I can just come back and they will do it. I had an appointment which required me to take time off. Very unprofessional and snobbish. I'll go elsewhere for service. EDIT: (also on the bill were MISC MATERIALS for $55 which I queried - remember this is a $760 bill - so 10% was added for what?) service person just said there are just charges for "stuff" OH?????
UPDATE: The day after my appointment (and not too long after I had spoken with my advisor) I got a call from the dealership asking to rate my service- I laughed and responded with- "you asked" and told her how frustrated I was and was not planning to return. The agent said that they would forward my concerns to the service manager and I would be receiving a text or something where I could rate/review my experience.
After a full week I hadn't heard back and saw no place to review and I called the person who had called me to rate the service- btw- she is super nice and friendly - and asked about the text and manager not responding.
She said the text sometimes take a while WELL...... no call no text and I finally saw this response from service manager- and called again. sent to voicemail AGAIN.
Sharpe BMW is not a service shop I'd recommend.
HOWEVER- my Subaru service elsewhere has been excellent.

My husband and I just picked up our 2025 X7 M60i and we absolutely love our new vehicle.
The whole process of us building our X7 was a breeze because of Jeremy. We enjoyed working with him and his communication with us was top notch. We never felt pressured or rushed when we were in the early stages of looking at the X7. He made our experience a great one, which is primarily why we moved ahead with Sharpe BMW vs other BMW dealerships.
We also really enjoyed working with Ryan and he gave us the run down on our vehicle, without overwhelming us with too much information. We really appreciated that. Thank you, Ryan!
Typically, the financing part is the most boring-but Shawn was awesome. My husband and I enjoyed our conversations with him and his positive attitude. We loved hearing the stories of his daughter and he gave out a great dinner recommendation since we are not from the area.
We had such a great experience working with Jeremy, Ryan and Shawn-thank you again! For anyone looking for a BMW, I highly recommend Sharpe BMW and specifically ask to work with these guys. They are the best.

I had a less than ideal customer service experience a few months back. However, the Service Manager, Jessica Wiersma remedied the situation via responsiveness and great communication. My most recent experience was with Jason Bigelow and he did an outstanding job. Highly recommend both of them, as well as Michael Seech in used cars.

Yesterday i picked up my M240i from the folks at Sharpe BMW, been a long anticipated conclusion of getting this beauty ordered from the factory alongside Ryan Schmall over there. Had some backups with the in-house ceramic coat, but cant fault that option for being popular, the results speak for themselves. She runs and drives as good as she looks, photos cannot do Thunder Night Metallic Purple the justice it deserves.
Paperwork was quick, barring a small hitch which they got straightened out real fast, and even then i spent more time gawking at the car than signing papers.
Otherwise, if iDrive is a bit daunting to you: they have some cool in-house gurus to help you get accustomed to it. Definitely worth learning, as it slams MyChevrolet and uConnect into the ground as an infotainment system, you feel like you're flying the USS Enterprise.

Because I don't speak English well and I'm not American, one of the service staff kicked me out today. ?

I’m still having a very weird feeling inside me … it was my first experience with this dealership . Me and my family drove last Wednesday to see the bmw x5 an old model 2015 diesel but it was my first car purchase experience , I moved from Ukraine to USA 2 years ago and paperwork process usually takes forever so finally I got my drivers license renewed because my Dubai one was expired and was going to Sharpe dealership with full of excitement and my heart was beating very fast because not every day you buy your first vehicle when your own money and not a gift when you don’t care what the price is what year you just say what you want and basically get it … any way … I entered the dealership specifically showing this car on my phone and saying I want it and I want to see it first of course . Car was parked on a second row (front 3r I believe car from the curb closer to sidewalk outside ), nobody even pulled it out so I can drive it as it was blocked with another car ,kind of reserved , I just saw it inside and that’s it ) Then I’ve been told that sales person Ryan I believe has another client and asked me to come back after 30 min … and I had 2 kids with me my 6 years old and 9 months old baby … so we had to walk around waiting … then when I came back I’ve been told that it’s to late to start the process to finalize the paperwork purchase … so we went home with nothing. 1.20 min drive … next day my husband called on Thursday saying my wife really want this car and he has been told that some sales guy wanting it for his girlfriend and basically after an hour or so they told us it was sold to him obviously … my question is …why is car still listed ?! I called and wrote about this car for test drive as it’s showing available on the website and if it’s sold WHY IT’S STILL THERE ? Or they just holding this car for some reasons for someone and tell buyers off?! I don’t know I really wanted this to be my lifetime experience … but got disappointed like never before …… reminded me how some businesses operated in Ukraine … ?

Today I bought my second brand new car from the SHARPE family and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Everyone that works there is amazing, warm and kind.
