This store is so full of Catholic goodies that it's near impossible to get my kiddos to leave! We also get all of their school uniforms here and the staff is wonderful and patient in helping us find what what they need. We love going in and just walking around checking out their new arrivals.

Smaller Catholic store tucked at far east end of strip mall on 28th St near Breton. Half the store is school uniforms, which is a separate business within the business, both currently owned by a husband and wife from the Lansing area. Small but nice selection. Local Catholic stores The Angelus across from St Isidore Catholic Church on Diamond Avenue , and the Catholic store (Bishop Baraga) on Division St next to St Andrew's Cathedral have larger selections. All 3 are nice places. Giving 3 stars here because when I was shopping here today, I asked a question about an item and the only person working said, "I don't know what that means. I'm not Catholic." (?!). Out of curiosity I asked what led her to want to work in a Catholic store. She said she more works for the uniform company and she goes where God leads her to share HER (Protestant) faith. I browsed for a few minutes and when I went to check out, she started saying something nonsensical - and not asked about- saying Jesus IS the Holy Spirit. I thought maybe she was just confused, but she kept rolling saying something about, "The Bible says (yada yada yada)." I took the high road and just said something about Jesus and the Holy Spirit are together in the one Holy Trinity and left. Note to store owner: since I was informed today one of you is retiring and the uniform company is going to take over their portion of the business, you might want to avoid Protestants working in your store and spewing Protestant beliefs. Huge turnoff, not sure I'll ever come back, and my parish is one of your major uniform customers, BTW.
