I don't often write reviews but today is an exception. I purchased my items and was served by the counter staff, however, the level of apathy to customer service was stunning. Common courtesy in customer service should included comments like, 'Thanks for coming to NAPA today, how may I help you?' or simply, 'May I help you?' or 'thank you'. None of these were offered. In fact, the least amount of attention was given me such that it clearly communicated that this clerk really doesn't care, doesn't want to be there, and doesn't give '2 cents' if a customer comes or not. I suggest this NAPA store fire the clerk and find employees who are just the slightest bit interested in customer service as that would be an improvement.

Hanna and Autumn helped me 30 minutes to close tonight and did more than I ever could have asked! Hanna was incredible. Top notch professionalism and work ethic. She pressed me two hydraulic fittings in no time and was much more knowledgeable than I'm used to when going to parts facilities. Other locations had nobody who knew how to make these lines for me. Napa - DO NOT lose these two! If you drop the ball, they have a place here at White Knight Towing waiting for them. Thanks, girls, for all your awesome help at the last minute! P.s; I will try to come clean up any oil left in that parking spot tomorrow afternoon with some dry-all.

I went to NAPA's warehouse as the part I needed was available there. If they don't have it locally, they will have it sent to my local NSPA store!Good people, fair prices!✌️❤️

Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. They also get through the lines pretty quick as most of the time 3-4 stations are open.
