Typical Mr. Car Wash. Unlike other locations, this one is pretty easy to navigate out of if you aren't using the car wash and just need to vacuum. This location doesn't have air available at the vacuum stations.

Came here and had a very nice and quick experience. It's great that you can have monthly plans starting as low as $20 a month that gives you unlimited access to washing your car.

I signed up for the unlimited washes. I have a new car and I take great pride in keeping it looking good. I love being able to vacuum the inside before washing. I have tried several car washes but find this one the best. For the price you get a great wash. I love that it is no touch. It is convenient to me location wise and I feel a good value.

I bought the titanium 360 and my car was dirty when I came out. Bugs on the front and dirt on the back. Tires were dirty.
I went to the shell station and got a better wash for $10

Disappointed in so much with Mr Car Wash. Prices keep going up and service is going down. The vehicles are so close together going in that they are not getting clean or dry, the water stinks and the scratches are horrible.

$14.00 for a single wash that didnt even get the fresh bugs off. Then to top it off, the attendant came out of the booth and asked if I wanted to give a tip...for what?! This tipping culture because employers want customers to now pay THEIR employees wages is so annoying! I won't be back. Thanks but no thanks!

Several weeks ago my gas cover on my truck was blown off during the drying phase of the wash. I inquired within and was told someone would check the bay once they shut down for the night to see if it could be located and if not, a claim would be opened. I was told I would hear back the next day via a phone call. No call. I called the following day and day after that leaving voicemail messages to no avail. Finally, after several more calls and messages, I received a call back asking for me to stop by the location to get pictures taken for a claim to be opened (pictures were already taken when I first brought up the issue) as they were not able to find the cover. I stopped by the location, had pictures taken again and was told they would look again for the cover and if not found would file a claim. Again, I was told I would get a call back. As of today that was 3 weeks ago and still no call back. I've since left multiple more voicemail messages as recent as today to which have not been returned. I'm done with this clown show of a location! I'll be canceling our two car unlimited membership after April as it was already paid up. Why have a phone if no one answers it or returns the calls! Terrible customer service.
