This store is open at the worst hours possible. How that hell am I supposed to return a book by 5 pm when most people finish work at 5 pm. Who ever decides the hours for this store is retarded.

The staff were very kind and helpful. As soon as I entered, they approached me to offer help finding my books. The purchase went smooth, even with me forgetting my college ID at home. I wish the hours were a bit more extended, so full-time workers from out of town could make it up there without speeding. :)

When I say the store manager Colleen was so great! She really went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it so much. The product I needed was out of stock and she worked magic for me so I could order it. and what was so shocking this was all through email because they were super busy you could not even call. thank you sooooo much again.

They sold something they confirmed was didn't work and refused to refund it. Then they told me it was policy "because not everyone can confirm it."They asked for my contact info, which I provided and over a week later they have still not contacted me.Found out my access card for the online portion of my class didn't work. After dealing with the Aleks system's customer service, who told me to go to the bookstore where I purchased it, I went back to the GRCC bookstore. I showed them my card, I showed them on my own computer that the code came up invalid, they checked on my computer, coming up with the same answer. Then they proceeded to tell me that they would not refund my invalid access code that they sold me because I scratched off the grey stuff that you need to scratch off in order to read the code. It was $115 and I apparently must need to be psychic if I want to return an invalid access code. This happened to over a dozen student in just my single class alone.If you want to get your books here, go for it but get your online access cards from the publisher, not here.

Every employee is kind and patient. The only time I go there is when it is really busy and still the staff are so pleasant!

Barnes and Noble own this bookstore and artificially inflate prices. It is no fault of the staff but stay away from this place at all costs. Buy your books elsewhere. I would also avoid renting your books here, they overcharge. Use chegg and amazon.

Visited the bookstore twice. Once for a minor question about my payment for books and the second time around for my two younger sisters attending the fall as first time students. When I went in the second time with my younger sisters and I got informed that financial aide is on Friday the 19th-26. Now I never used financial aide so I had no idea to inform my little sisters. But a Karen made a remark how next time we come to have a print out of our OWN schedules. Which one I found very rude because the bookstore form my past visits can print out your schedule and TWO I have no need to use someone else’s aide to pay for my books. My job will pay for them and that’s my business. Next time please be nicer to Latino young adults because you make yourself notice with those comments alone.

Most of the staff are nice. Very confused how they have a bookstore for their classes that were out of the majority of required books I needed for their classes...decent variety of school supplies, though it seems they are more expensive than the supermarket.

The book I needed for my class is on backorder and my class starts in a week. I hope it comes beforehand. I waited till financial aid was available only to be told they didn't have it in stock.

Don't try to call there. No one will pick up the phone because the bookstore is supposedly always too busy.Really annoying, especially considering I'm out of state finishing up my finals AND I was seriously overcharged for my textbooks for the summer.
