Chad was fantastic and so professional getting my sisters car out of a tricky, tight garage to tow to a dealer. He was friendly and so helpful. We really appreciated how he made it seem so easy when it really was a tight difficult maneuver. Thank you East Beltline Towing and thank you so much Chad!

Ok, customer service is still alive and well! Every time I bring my vehicle in for work I go here, and every time I am amazed at the fantastic service. They know what they are doing and are always great to work with. It's a pleasure for sure!

I honestly do not know how this towing company is legal , my car got towed from i96 and Plfd exit down to their lot 3 miles within 1 hour of them towing my bill was $900 I’m not exaggerating and then I went down there to get my belongings out of the car and they asked for my keys and my title to my car. If I gave them my car ins plpd info it would cost me $550 outta pocket !!! Are you kidding me there was no special equipment used they hooked up to my car and were gone within 15 minutes tops no clean up no special equipment used $900 … theft all the way!!!

I have been a client of East Beltline Towing and Service for over 40 years and have always been treated well; today was no different. I just picked up my car which was repaired on time at a very reasonable price. I am well pleased, as usual. Many thanks to Jay and his team.

I utilized their services today for a tow through Hagerty Insurance, and was extremely impressed with the process. Communication was good. They treated my classic car with great care and the tow truck driver William was professional, polite, and very friendly.

Disappointed felt scammed out of my money!! Had to pay for towing just to have my car sit there no work done supposedly too busy so why waste my time and money to tow it there and back?? If I could give a zero star I would!! The second tow driver was very professional!! The first one never gave me a receipt!!

This towing service damaged my car and refuses to pay the $1200 it cost to fix. They won't return my calls. Tried to resolve through the BBB with no response. Find another company.. This one doesn't take responsibility for damages they cause.

While driving my daughter’s Jeep her back tire fell off letting us know the source of that wobble she noticed. Stuck on busy Burton Street East Beltline arrived quickly. Caleb was very helpful and pleasant. Despite a difficult situation, I am quite pleased with how it turned out.

These guys rock! Came to my rescue immediately -downtown, 85 degree heat, i was blocking busy traffic, right in the parking garage, with a broken axl. Coasted downhill right on to the flatbed. Got me home safe and my car fixed literally the next afternoon. Kind enough to put gas in my car and filled my tires up. Price was reasonable, they explained everything and with super friendly service! Absolutely recommend!

Tow driver Tim was great. He picked up my car at about 8 pm on a Sunday night and was prompt, polite and professional.
The repair part of the company kept my car for about 3 days trying to figure out why the hot temperature light came on didn't find any obvious problem, but did fill the fluids that were low and my car has been running problem free since.
