I needed some work done to my brakes on m the 2010 Ford Fusion. Dykstra did a good job of repair on my front brakes. Back ones need work now. Good communicators with texting also.

Ive been to Dykstra in the past and was ok. This time communication was not good and took a whole week + to fix. I kept having to call in to check and at times didnt call back. I sincerely like to look behind someone to see what caused the issue and give grace but communication was bad this time. I had to ask 3x’s for them to look at a second problem and the day it was done they asked me do you want me to look for another $200. Which told me they just didnt want to look at my second problem. You had my truck for over a week and the late afternoon you ask. Hm. Which was ok as my first issue already cost me a LOT.

I was trying to buy a car out of state. Derek and his team were amazing people and told me there were MANY safety concerns with the vehicle. His pricing for repairs were fair and the service was superb. I cannot in good faith purchase that vehicle now but I would recommend Dykstra to anyone! Thanks for your help!!!

A while ago I had a good experience with them, and then recently I had a bad experience with them. They really struggled troubleshooting my problem. I would use them again for straight forward work, but I would not bring in something that needed troubleshooting.

Over all experience was well. Didn’t realize the price had gone up but was given some kind of $10 discount. Also the technician failed to reset the sensor for the oil and filter maintenance and now it alerts me every time I turn the car on.
