Good place to get everything you need fast, some things are pricey here but it's to be expected at a CVS. Only problem for me is that there was no actual cashier when I was there, only a self check out which I am not too fond of. Otherwise place was clean, pharmacy was helpful when I had questions about child medicine and over all a good experience.

“Stephanie” who works as a cashier here, is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with.I come here once a week to load money on a prepaid card, never have an issue with anyone But Her! Every single time she slides my card and immediately says “it’s not working” or “it’s declined sorry can’t help you”Today I asked for her supervisor and she just rolled her eyes at me and slide my card again and miraculously it all the sudden “worked”Never says thank you have a good day hello nothingShe’s old and miserable clearly and not a good look for who your customers are having interactions with..

Depends on the employee.. Customer service is not a priority anymore. Employees take their sweet time like the customer feels like wasting their time like that.

Used this pharm for years. They'd make occasional mistakes but they were right around the corner from our house so we stuck with em. We ordered refills and paid for them; there was no note in their electronic system saying anything about a time limit for pick up. We had COVID in the family and if we'd have known about the time limit we'd have called, but after the turn of the year (when our insurance out-of-pocket limit resets) we went to get our prescriptions. They'd been put back. We explained that there was nothing telling us of this practice but the women repeated that there was nothing they could do. The money would be refunded automatically with the return of the drugs to the shelves they said, but it wasn't so they said we had to call corporate. That call lasted over and hour with more of the same... bewildered people telling us what "should have happened" and offering no resolution and CERTAINLY not offering to take care of the problem and call us back which would seem like good customer service. This place is terrible!!!

My wife and I have had our scripts filled at this location for years. Recently, however, it's become an exercise in pure frustration. It seems that there is a problem virtually every time we try to pick up a script. They either don't have the medicine in stock it, it isn't ready, they can only dispense so much, they auto-filled it (even though we asked them not to); or a number of other problems.

I used to work retail, so I have a lot of respect for retail workers. Well, until I started to go to CVS to get my prescriptions filled. I was running low my heart medicine, so I called yesterday to have it refilled. They said they would get it done and it will be ready tomorrow. I stop in today to pick it up and they said "It isn't ready can you come back tomorrow?" I really do understand that a day gets busy but I need my heart medication and they never bothered to call me and tell me it won't be ready. Then they come out with 3 pills and say "We are out we will fill it later". Horrible service. If you run out at least call the person the day before and tell them. Don't lie and say that it will need filled if you can't deliver!

The most useless pharmacy staff. In the past year every time I come here I have had problems. Never have issues at the Byron center location. I came in last week to pick up my daughter's prescription and they said they didn't have one I thought maybe it got sent to the Byron center address so I went there and they said no it was on hold at the one on Eastern so I drove all the way back to the one on Eastern and they're saying they don't have it and then they finally looked further because I told them to Byron center one said that it was on hold here and they said yeah they had it and they couldn't find her insurance. We've had the same insurance for 5 years. Useless staff, very unhelpful. Frustrating having to drive around back and forth.

Robert is a terrible manager! His demeanor and way he talks to customers is terrible. He needs to learn the coupon policy, AND needs to learn how CVS digital coupons work in the app for customers. He doesn't let you finish speaking if your asking what applied in your transaction. He looks at you annoyed if he knows you USE the app for coupons. All the other staff though, great always and they know how their appWorks! Saturday was horrible in there with Robert, and I havent been in that store in over a month and a half! He really needs some training on how to treat customers there. Back to 36th and Clyde Park is where I will go and stay. Amazing service over there

To preface this issue - I have spent over $ 37,000 over the last 3 months at Store # 8297 for the purchase of gift cards that are used as an employee attendance incentive program. On 12/5/2020 I was denied to option to purchase gift card by someone identifying herself as a manager. This same person was present when I previously explained to the Store manager about these purchases and confirmed that these were not fraudulent activities. The manager informed this same person to complete the transactions. I asked the person who identified herself as a store manager why she would deny these purchases and she stated that "She can deny any purchase". I asked her if she understood that these were not fraudulent transaction and she acknowledge that "she knew they were not fraudulent". I again ask why she would deny this transactions she only stated "because I can". Two registers were open and no other customers were in the store. If CVS does not want my business Walgreens and Rite Aid does.
