The manager, Travis, was the most helpful individual that I have ever dealt with. The experience was very pleasant, and in no way did he ever once make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I suggest to everyone, if you want a great clean place to shop for those personal items and a wonderful environment of people, this is the place.

They didn't remove the security tag from my item so I had to bring it back to have it removed. That alone was annoying. But while I was there the guy working commented that it was good I had my receipt or they would have confiscated the item. They forget to remove the tag. I worry what would happen to someone who lost their receipt, or never received one. Would be out of luck, due to their own error. I paid for the item. If I brought it back to have the tag removed and they tried to confiscate it, that would be stealing. Your staff admitted they would steal from a customer if they didn't happen to have their receipt for whatever reason.

First time in this store and I was browsing. Didn't see anything I wanted and as I was trying to leave the employee accused me of stealing. She said she saw me put something in my shirt. I told her to call the cops if she didn't believe me. I offered to go in the back room and lift up my shirt to show her I didn't take anything. She sat there and continue to tell me she knew I took something. I pulled on my shirt and shook it out for her. After that she let me leave, it was the most ridiculous thing I’ve experienced.

employees are extremely helpful and very friendly, however, the district manager/corporate need to stop putting money before their employee's safety and well being. being open until midnight with the parking lot having no lights in it and nothing nearby being open that late? the higher ups need a reality check and have some empathy for the people getting paid absolute pennies compared to their salary for sitting at a desk and telling their (mostly) young female employees how to deal with creepy or threatening customers when they have never/will never be in that position

I am a regular shopper here, I stop in at least once a week and every time the store manager, I believe her name is Renae is just the best energy for the store. She knows all the answers to any questions I might have about any toys, and she just makes you feel welcome and not weird to be in an adult store. Y'all better do what you can to keep that one! Also your store is always so much cleaner than others in the area!

Don't go here after dark! First, let me say the staff is friendly and the store is clean and organized. The parking lot is very unsafe after dark! There is basically no outside lighting, it is riddled with giant pot holes, and with the amount of creepers nearby (hello, multiple sex offender motels down the street) it is an extremely unsafe environment. The owners clearly care nothing of the safety of their customers or even staff!

I bought a product and the seal was broken. I was told from the manager that they don't have seals on them so that was odd. The manager told me to bring it back in and they replaced it for me with a brand new one. Thanks

I usually shop at the cirilla's by where I live, but they were out of the item I was there for, so they called the store on Plainfield to see if they maybe had it in stock. They were very friendly and helpful as they didn't have the exact brand but had the same type of cream available by another brand, and it was their last bottle, so they held it for me. I was omw when I ran out of gas. Luckily, someone with a gas can let me have the little bit of gas they had, and I made it to the store at 9:59. They had just locked up because they had no one for the last hr, and by then, they assumed maybe I changed my mind. But even after they had already locked up and were ready to go home, the person working opened the doors and let me make my purchase. I had driven a 45-minute to get! They were so awesome for doing that ? and I really appreciate you whom I won't name . We need more beautiful souls like that, and we're there!Thanks to the Plainfield store, I had a great ?all ? night long! ?♂️?

I've been a regular visitor at this location for years and normally, the establishment is very clean and well managed and pleasant to be in. During my most recent visit however, the woman working that night was extremely rude and invasive, making inappropriate comments about my age based on my ID, inserting herself into my business after I politely declined her offer of help because I "looked confused", making off-base assumptions about what I'm looking for and what I would enjoy, behaving with a condescending attitude as if I must not know what Im looking for due to my age, making gender assumptions of my partner that are harmful to the LGBTQ community, and also badgered and openly complained to me about my purchase being too small / not enough. I am extremely unimpressed with the service I received tonight (12/12 around 7 pm) especially compared to past employees who have always been very pleasant with me.
