I was just passing thru town on my bike and stopped in for a cold drink. Noticing I was on a bike and knowing it was sunny out, they offered me a free sunscreen sample. Great example of observing their customers and caring about their needs in my opinion.

Everyone, including the pharmacy, is super friendly! I’m always greeted when I walk in with a friendly hello! Make-up department is very knowledgeable and Mike at the pharmacy always makes me laugh! Super great team at this location!

My least favorite Walgreens. If you like to breath, don't count on them for your asthma meds. First when corona started happening they kept saying it was manufacturing, now it's they choose not to order enough and this is breathing medication. If I don't take it or pretty much anybody else with asthma doesn't get their meds they can't breathe. Her excuse was that because there is a generic version and not many people get it anymore, well when I had the generic version they would run out too. And if you keep running out, don't you think then that there is a problem that you should fix??? Guess not...who needs to breathe anyway.

I called ahead of time to have them hold 4 take home Covid tests for me and talked to a guy named Ron, I went an hour later to pick them up after he said he would and he said all of them were gone that they gave them to someone else. I’m very disappointed and I normally love Walgreens and never have issues but I will never be going to this walgreens ever again. I even drove 30 minutes for them.. disappointed.

Ron (the late night cashier) was very pleasant to deal with. He definitely loves his job and it shows by the way he treats customers! You should give him more hours!

Very frustrated with my recent experience with this store. I purchased items I had coupons for with the myWalgreens rewards and none were taken off at checkout. When I asked, the salesperson said the store no longer has coupons? The store is clean and employees seem kind, just very misleading with coupons on their company’s app that are said to work in store…

They always got them pills in stock! Also, this particular store has better customer service than the Walgreens on Robbins Rd., Grand Haven.

Clean store, well stocked but I was ripped off buying a pack of gum. Purchased my health supplies and on the way to the cashier picked up a 3 pack of Dentine gum. when checking out I was given a total which seemed high but paid and left. at home I added up my purchases and discovered that I had been charged over $7.00 for the gum (which was priced on the shelf at $3.69). This also explained why I was not given a receipt. the cashier simply tore it off of the machine and threw it into the trash. Not a lot of money but really irritating and blatant stealing. Watch the cashier and check your receipt if shopping here. Anyway lots of other places for my future purchases.
