“On July 4th we were desperately looking for a paddle board rental and were getting discouraged and frustrated at not being able to find one close to Spring Lake or GH. Laura was so helpful and kind in getting us a rental, even when we came in flustered, with lots of questions. She went out of her way to hurry to a nearby drop off location since we didn't have a way of transporting it. She met us back at that location to pick it up and again was so kind, we appreciated her help, she made our day better! :)”
