Check out lanes are always way too long. Self checkout is not an option for cash payments so please stop recommending it as an option. Thank god COSTO is opening, never had issues there. Loss of memberships to the competitor will cost much more than an extra cashier or two during peak hours. But I guess we aren’t all too business savvy eh?

Store has really fallen down. Barely any check out lanes open. They push self check and I'm tired of being asked to upgrade. Roasted chicken and other products not as good.

Most times it's just easier, and less expensive, to add the needed items to my cart and click pick up. I'm so thankful for this convenient option. The service workers I have had have been so kind and courteous. There has never been a mess up on my order.

I love this store! Excellent place to shop for a large family. Their prices are usually pretty good and they have a great selection of both household items and groceries.

If you plan on buying a laptop here and they only have the display model that means “we don’t plan on helping you” because you’ll wait days for them to factory reset it and even after the display stuff is still on and the mouse pad won’t work. I could probably get it fixed but I’m not doing someone else’s job after buying a product you didn’t feel like working on. Just go to Best Buy, I guess I’ll go this weekend. Thanks for wasting my time.
Update: I just returned it and the lady who brought me my laptop just ignored to black customers and rambled on to some white guy instead. They been there for a really long and just wanted to check out. She completely ignored the whole time as they asked for help. Also was rude to them and made a weird look. Not very racially unbiased… blonde woman working there is very rude to black Americans

Attention Corporate Process Makers. Here are a few suggestions for you to help keep customers in the store and coming back.
1. Don't put chatty Cathy or her Grandparents, at the exit checking people out. Maybe have one side for those with a few items and the other for those with more.
2. Have more than one person at your "customer center" at all times. Noone paying a membership fee should have to wait in a line for help, because the half trained employee can't stop talking to their cousin.
3. When you offer scan and go have a back up kiosk for customers to retrieve their receipt Incase their phone dies after they pay.
4. Clean the bathrooms more!! They are a hot mess!!
5. Do better with advertising the cut off times of your cafe. Or better yet, have self serve options that are pre packaged.

Terrible management. I never stepped foot in a Sam’s until I worked there, I’ll never go back to another. Even management was telling me that corporate sets unrealistic expectations…
I expressed understandable frustration from coworkers disrespect and management suggested I work in another department. Another couple weeks went by and I told them I had enough of the disrespect and I’d like to switch departments. they brought me to the office and talked me into quitting after telling me there are no open spots. Even though cafeteria was telling me they needed help bad. Even though they have job listings on every job board.

Always good! Love some of the great pre-made meals they have like their stuffed salmon is the best ever! Also broccoli salad. Mediterranean salad, suchi & chichen enchiladas are all great!
