I will not go back to this location. According to the sign/website, it opens at 10 am today. I wait until 10:05 to ring the service bell that states 'ring for service' since the gate was still shut and no clerks were present. Another customer was also waiting and she rang the bell again at 10:08. A postal worker wipes the window open basically glaring at us to state they are still in the middle of an audit and it will be awhile then slams it back shut. Appalling customer service. Go to the one in Atlas that's only 5 mins away from the Goodrich one!

I am editing my review of the Goodrich post office. This used to be a great, phenomenal post office where the service was above and beyond expectations as described by my original review. Unfortunately, none of the people who provided the great care and service are there any longer. Service is just average now but isn't that the case just about everywhere and not only usps?Original review (I am leaving it up because I am very thankful for the service I used to get at this post office)I wanted to write a review to share my extremely positive experience with the Goodrich, Michigan Post Office. I have informed delivery so I know what I am getting in the mail and when on a day to day basis. I would say I get my mail and packages about 99% of the time. Occasionally, a mistake happens (as it did today). I had a package that said it was delivered on tracking but I didn't get anything. I went to the Goodrich Post Office and Tracy got on the phone right away to my carrier who IMMEDIATELY turned around and went looking for my package. By the time I got home (about a 10 minute ride), my package had already been located (it was delivered to the wrong house) and on my porch. Then Tracy called me as I was taking my package in to tell me that my package should be on my porch. I think this is phenomenal service and I wanted to publicly say "Thank You" to all the hard working folks at the Goodrich Post Office. People typically only post reviews when they are pissed but I felt that I needed to post a positive experience.

Extremely rude woman working behind the counter. Absolutely no help and had a major attitude with a simple question. I’ve lived in this town for several years now and have never experienced anything like this. No I’m nothing special but I would expect to be treated with respect like I showed her.

We just moved to the area. The postal person that delivers to our house is really nice and friendly. We receive our mail promptly and consistently. I’ve had to drop off packages that required a receipt and the postal workers inside always greet me with a smile and conversation. It’s my favorite post office!

Note stated would be open later today 8-25-2021 due to power outage. That was at 10am, went back at 3:30 and still not open! Change your sign to closed so you don’t waste peoples time ormoney if your not going to open!

Worst experience ever. They shipped my package out. Damaged it. I made a claim and they denied it. Lost my package, I'm out $837.47. Don't ever use this joke of a shipping company!!!

Living in between Davison and Goodrich and I always come to this location! There’s never a huge line to mail anything and everyone there is always so helpful!

The were supposed to deliver a package.. I get a text saying the mail box was blocked... funny when we had recieved our mail an hour earlier and the package was supposed to be delivered by another truck... they never tried... one. My mailbox was not blocked and two.. the box wouldn't have fit any way.. so they never even came by... so tired of people not doing their jobs and lying about it!

Anytime there is any package delivery on Saturday, there is a delivery exception. Today, they filled the box with incoming mail, then claimed delivery exception on the last piece (an envelope of knitting needles, mind you) and took it back to the office. Of course the box is full - you just filled it!

Unfortunately online reviews tend to be biased toward the negative- however I can state after HUNDREDS of trips to this post office location *and multiple others* this is my favorite go-to for the professional, caring staff.

The Goodrich, MI post office has failed to deliver mail on 4 occasions this month. They claimed bad weather but 3 of those days were very mild

The lady that answers the phone here is unbelievably miserable and rude. I've also had a photo envelope (with a very special picture in it) that specifically said do not bend in several locations stuffed in my mailbox from this post office. I have not had the greatest experiences here.
