Make sure you wash your car before you come in here and wash your car because this place with the automatic $12 wash is horrible. It barely gets the vehicle clean. You probably have to go through two or three times to get anything that looks like a decent car wash. Don't go here unless you're using the manual wash bays. I'm disabled and can't wash my car myself. This is the only option in Gladwin for a automatic touchless car wash. The same place owns the one in Beaverton as well and gets the same horrible results.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My car is NOT clean. Took it home to hand towel dry and the towel was black. Bugs still on front, bird poo still on the hood. Tried to call in complaint and the number has been disconnected and the new number is unknown!

This place has gone down hill. Washed my truck twice now in the last couple weeks here and both times I have to take it somewhere else. The water don't have a filter or something and makes your car even dirtier then before

Thieves.This place should be renamed Walraven's Money Grab..as it would seem the owner is clearly in it just for the money.Completely overpriced for the touchless and the absolute minimum amount of time for the self serve so you have to keep dumping quarters into it.The amount of foam from the foam brush is ludicrous and then the pressure washer is so fine there's no way to get it all washed off without spending an obscene amount of quarters.... because you don't get enough time.... because the owner turned this place into a piggy bank.Don't expect a clean car from this "car wash".

I’ve held off on leaving a bad review because I was hoping they would go back to the detergents that were used before ownership changed. $10 for a car wash and it looks like I sprayed it with a garden hose and used no soap. Please go back to the original detergents and soaps. The current ones are useless.

Worst performing self serve carwash I've ever used. Facility is pretty nice (only reason it's getting 2- stars), but the water is terrible and vacuums are mediocre at best.First off, I had a pretty messy vehicle, so I spent extra time and money trying to make it clean. Vacuums cost a dollar to start up and I barely got done with 1/4 of the interior before it shut off. Not impressed with the results. When washing, there still seems to be soap coming out while using the high pressure rinse setting. I used the brush, the wax, and spot-free rinse and still ended up with dirty spots, water spots and a gross greasy glaze that looked like severe swirl marks (should've skipped on the wax). There is also a hand held air dryer thing that is a real time waster. It felt cheap and worked about as good as a pancake-style air compressor.Came home and wiped everything down with a microfiber cloth and rain-x. Now it looks like it was cleaned.Haven't used the auto wash as I have a dually.It's an ok place to get the majority of junk cleaned up inside and out of your jeep after you go off-roading, but you'll still have to go home and wash by hand if you want it to look respectable.Money would be better spent on the cheapest shopvac you could find.Plan to use only the high pressure rinse to blast the caked on mud chunks and your undercarriage. Then go home to wash with a rag and bucketIf you brought a basically already clean vehicle in for a "quick touch up", you'd leave in worse shape than you showed up in, at least on the exterior.
