Had a recall on my 3500 Chevy and went in to see if they could squeeze me in since I travel for work and only had 2 days to get it completed. Spoke with Russ and he asked me to leave the truck the next morning so he could try to fit it in between appointments. Dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning and he called me by 11:30 saying it was completed.
Very appreciative of the professionalism and customer service that Russ showed with my vehicle.
I would like to thank Russ and anyone else that made this happen before I had to go back to work.

Chrystian did an excellent job explaining the choices I had when I was thinking about a 2024 vs 2025 Equinox. I was glad to see that you had a 2025 available for me to see & drive. It helped my wife and I decide that we wanted the older generation - which was like our 2022. After deciding, Chrystian worked relentlessly to get me the 2024 Equinox LT FWD, with the HD Surround Vision, in the Summit White color. He kept me in the loop over a weekend using texts messages. Throughout the car search we discussed changing our search criteria to improve our availability, but in the end, Chrystian Contreres at Richardsons in Gladwin found me "Exact Vehicle" that I wanted. I'm impressed and I would tell anyone looking for a car, any make, to give him a call.

I was at Richardson’s Chevrolet in Gladwin to ask about purchasing my lease. I spoke to Christian about my options. We went over details & he was so helpful in answering all my questions. I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I was sent to Cory in finance to fill out all the papers & again every question was answered. Both guys were so friendly & thoughtful. I highly recommend if you’re in the market to buy a new or used car to check them out.
