Impossible to call and talk to someone,automated system takes you in loops. This is unacceptable i just want to talk to front desk for 2 seconds

The hours that this place is open would make a banker blush. And the staff that work there know that there is no uncertain terms in which that they could be fired, so they don't care about how they talk to you, and if you have a problem with it they'll just call the police on you. They need to close this place down immediately. It is just another emblematic problem with government that can't run anything efficiently.

The worst hours ever! The staff is amazing. The hours are my only complaint. When you work a job 9-5 Monday-Saturday it makes it impossible to check the mail. Living in Genesee the post office is the only option for receiving mail.

Although the hours are not always convenient the people are always friendly and the service is excellent. I occasionally have a hard time making it to the post office because of their short hours.

You guys say your open at 8am but won't use register until 10am. Just wasted my time. Don't put your open at 8am if your to lazy to do anything.
