The worst unloading dock in the entire state of Michigan. A stupid engineer was designing a drive-in. Administration pay attention, have a conscience to truck drivers. You can put a ramp.

I went into the Fremont location yesterday a little after 6pm with my new baby dog in hand and I just want to say the 2 people that were working were beyond amazing. Greeted by the lady cashier right away and the gentleman was right on it when I asked him where the dog food was. I normally buy Nutro but they unfortunately didn’t have that brand but he showed me a different brand 4 health which is very similar to the ingredients I was looking for. Saved me a trip and the puppy loves it. I am so happy I stopped there. Thank you for a great experience. (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names)

The employee that helped us with the ckicks was super nice and helpful, the cashier was horrible and literally ruined my day with her unnecessary attitude. Good employees must be hard to find in Michigan
