Despite the discomfort I was in for my appointment, NP Wooten made me feel comfortable , heard and took care of me with the kindest demeanor. Her nurse was equally as pleasant. She is an upstanding, extremely knowledgeable provider.Being a health care professional, I have worked with and seen many providers over the years and I would say she was one of the very best I have ever seen .I highly suggest . If she were a PCP I would choose her as my doctor hands down !Excellent quality care in a timely and professional fashion! I was quiet impressed and will continue to see her at the minute clinic as needed! 10/10!!

Candice is professional, knowledgeable, caring and efficient! She couldn’t have taken better care of me on 5/13/23. She throughly addressed my symptoms, prescribed appropriate medication and even went out into CVS to point out 3 more over the counter products that would help me. I’d give her a ten star rating if it were possible. Best “urgent care” I’ve ever been to by leaps and bounds. Thank you Candice for your care and attention. You are a credit to your profession!

Care was great. HOWEVER, billing is a mess. Can't seem to get it right and refuses to bill insurance correctly. Submitted two claims. One was received by insurance and paid. Can't seem to get them to submit the second. Such a pain. Will never go to this place or any minute clinic again specifically because of this!

Went in today because I was feeling very ill and needed a doctors note asap for my missed days of work. I was seen by Tressa Wesserling, LPN and Candice McClain, NP and they were some of the most caring and considerate healthcare workers I have encountered. They helped me figure out my issues I was having with my insurance, got me the doctors notes I needed, and most importantly they listened to me and validated what I was going through. Too often I’m anxious to go to the doctors in fear of not being taken seriously as it has happened many times in the past. These two were so amazing and you can tell they really care about their patients and their work. I would recommend anyone going to this Minute Clinic. Making an appointment and checking into the facility was also seamless and easy and I didn’t have to wait long at all.

Candice took such great care of me, so very patient with my long list of complaints. Then got me the scripts I needed sent right over to the window by the time I got over there Alan had already bagged it up and handed it to me right away. Has to be the fastest doctor's office visit experience of my life. I can't say enough good things about it. This was my first time trying the minute clinic but I will definitely be doing it again in the future. I hope Candice gets to see this, I told her I would write her a glowing review ?

I scheduled an appointment for a COVID PCR test on March 12th. When I pulled up 30 minutes early people started getting out of there car and standing in line although the sign says to wait in your call to be called. The technician allowed five white people to get there test who were in line. When I got out of my car to stand in line other people started getting out of there car. Although I was next in line and it was past my appointment time since the white people behind me were yelling and fussing the technician decided to start calling names, which meant that I stood out in the cold like everyone else but was denied the test. Racism in Fraser, MI.

The young lady who took care of me was excellent, as good, if not better than my PCP office. Came in Sunday afternoon with a UTI, very thorough with everything. Prescribed me antibiotics and on my way. Definitely will not hesitate to see her again, she was excellent. ?

I went here to treat a sinus infection. Incredibly professional, the whole store is spotless along with the treatment room, did all the right tests and asked all the right questions. I will never go back to an urgent care again. This place rocks.

Too expensive , I won't recommend it, for the amount they charged me I would go to more professional care provider like primary doctor or urgent care!

Went in due to an upper respiratory issue for over a month. Nurse Practitioner Candace was very thorough. She sent a script to my pharmacy, and they didn't have it in stock. My pharmacy called her to see if there was a substitute. She then called me to make a recommendation and then at my request resent the script to a different pharmacy. Very happy with the experience.
