My son was pretty shaken up today when he called me from the parking lot of Ulta. Apparently another customer had backed into our car and even pushed it a few feet backward. One of the employees so kindly helped my son and a police report was made. Kudos to Ulta and their amazing staff member! I can't thank you enough.

Abby was extremely helpful for me! I live over fifty minutes away and it’s the closest Ulta beauty near me, and I called to see if they had the shampoo and conditioner I needed in stock and she went all the way through the store to help me find out. She was very nice and informative over the phone which helped me find a way to order online! Thank you Abby!

I came up on Black Friday for stocking stuffers for my wife. She is allergic to some makeup but does like Clinique products. I don't know her skin tone number (should've asked), so I was guessing. A staff member approached and asked to help out. I explained what I was doing and she made several good suggestions and recommended I not go with the blush without knowing her number. I got a lip balm kit, a mascara kit and a makeup kit which were normally about $40-50 more than what I paid. The line was not super long and the people up front were nice as well. Because it was a present but I was using her number, they made sure I printed the receipt so not to have the email go to her. I was happy overall with the service.

Unfortunately my experience today was absolutely terrible!! I ordered product online for in store pickup, I was in the area and figured I would stop in and grab the product because it was over the 2 hour period and I haven’t received any email on the status. I was greeted with such an attitude from the girl working the pickup counter and was advised very rudely they send an email when it’s ready. I wasn’t demanding at all nor did I give any sort of attitude because my product wasn’t readily available. She proceeded to fill all the other orders with an attitude as if she was trying to teach me a lesson. When she returned with ALL of the orders including mine she slammed the bags full of products on the counter so hard that everyone turned to look at her. As a diamond member, I have always tried to shop in store and local to support our local businesses however this is one of many recent experiences that have been unpleasant due to poor attitudes. With that being said I will not be a returning customer.

Employees don’t fully explain ulta membership terms and might sign you up for a credit card without clarifying that they will be.

A lot of quality products for both men and women related to personal care, make-up, colognes/ fragrances. They aren't cheap, but have quality items. They carry many of the better brands not found elsewhere.

Went to ulta today I don't shop, there was picking up an item for someone else. Asked an employee where the item was she rolled her eyes and pointed in a general direction like ok this is totally going to help me luckily there was a customer who directed me to right spot grabbed the item headed to check out same employee was now at check out I got up there and she asked for my phone number I said I don't have a rewards and then was told if I wouldn't give my phone number then she'd just restock the item I said where does it state that I have to give my phone number no response I said ok can you ring this up so I can leave she said give me your phone number I said again I don't want to be in your system she proceeded to take the item and put it behind her. This forced me to give her my phone number and name. It's beyond unacceptable to be forced to give information to check out where no where states that I have to I won't be back (I don't shop her anyways so no hardship there).

I went and had my first perm done by Mex today! It looks amazing and I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future ^_^
