I just spoke with the owner and we had a wonderful discussion as I informed him of the fact my dog goes everywhere with me. “The last 2 days of Rona shopping have been amazing.I approached the cashier and her name is Courtney and I explained I was looking for another employee whose name I couldn't remember who worked outside and she mentioned and pointed to the employee and his name is Tom.Thank you very much for my shopping experience.I always enjoy my time at rona and this evening Courtney and Tom made my experience awesome and aging for buying the mulch I needed for my backyard.My backyard project is almost finished.Thank you to all the staff at rona because last night I picked up mulch and soil I think the guys name is ishnan amd another guy helped me put the soil amd mulch into my car amd wete very positive employees at rona!!See you all soon and I'll be updating once I catch the names of all the employees I always ask help. “I rented a paint sprayer for a medium size home improvement job. I disassembled the gun for cleaning and lost a rubber seal in the process. I let them know upon return and the manager was great. He dismissed it as a maintenance item and said they would take care of it. I appreciate the understanding and the level of service.”
