“I was having trouble with my Android phone. Verizon advised me they sell phones, not service them. They referred me to either their tech support, or to Best Buy's Geek Squad. Geek Squad said they only service iPhone, and referred me to the Pod Drop. I went in and Sal checked my phone, determined that it was the battery, and replaced it quickly. Prompt, courteous service for a reasonable price!”

Helped us set up phones and gave us great ideas about how to watch our kiddos phones for safety. Another employee was very helpful and turned on Mickey on the big TV to keep our 4 y/o entertained. It was very thoughtful. We left happy with our phones and plans.”
