“I am several months late and just remembered about the amazing customer service I received from the supervisor or manager back in November when I purchased a lego item amd it was missing parts.It was for the eiffel tower type of lego set and it had missing parts.We already spent some time building the base and the manager from the time period for black Friday helped out significantly and exchanged the item for us.She is amazing and well the lego looks freaking amazing all complete.I just happened to look at it just now and I am so thankful for the exchange ?Thank you toys r us for making this happen back in November. Em was my stylist. She listened to exactly what I asked for. I could tell she was skilled with her shears. It put my mind at ease. I'm very happy with my haircut, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
