Bought a truck took it in to there mechanic 2 times withing thirty days gave them 200 to fix an oil leak Saifd they fixed it and they did not. Matter of fact if I hadn't taken it to my own mechanic the engine would have blown. Needed a new rear mine seal. Witch u think they would notice since they replaced the engine. Then try and stiff me like they had no idea. I would not even get involved with these guys their mechanic even told me they role miles and their sick of Mike's used cars sending them giant repairs and not paying them.

Worst customer service ever came to buy a car (made appointment the day before) title wasn’t in the office they couldn’t get ahold of the guy with the title they just disappeared and left me by the car after 30 minutes they say title is in Saginaw and they want me to pay the car with no title

I have read some reviews that is not the experience I’ve had. I had an issue with my vehicle and Jay’s working diligently to get that issue resolved. All the staff that I have encountered has been very friendly and professional. Much respect to this establishment and I would recommend.

Would not recommend they say nothing is wrong with the cars and give u high payments car I got transmission is bad exhaust is not the best they lie on the paperwork about the miles so I would definitely check the miles before signing and any problems u have even within first 2 days they will disregard you and send u to their shop “maybe” and they will act like everything is fixed n just clear all lights off the dash I would rate a negative 5

Worst car dealership! Yes they will get u in a car but payments high, interest rate high n the car will have more problems than u can count. They will lie to u and say it has no issues and they lie on the paperwork about the miles so I would definitely check miles before signing, and problems u have even within the first 1-2 days they will disregard! They will never get my business again and I really hope they get shut down they just want peoples money 6,000$ in interest on a piece of garbage jeep I've had not even more then a week! All liars and crooks just want ur money will not help u with anything
