This lady name Nicole who is an Employee was very very unprofessional and grabbed my phone out of my hand as I handed my phone to her and she than decided to flip me off and roll her eyes and than I grabbed it back and she got loud and flipped me off and laughing at me and calling me names. This lady Nicole needs to be fired and be turned into Corporate for being a rude disrespectful Employee. Very dissatisfied with the service at this store. Corporate will be hearing from me and about this situation and about the Employee name Nicole.

my brother-in-law is mentally disabled, and was needing to upgrade his phone since he has had it for over 10 years. I cannot remember the associates name, but he went above and beyond to help my brother-in-law on picking out a phone and made sure he understood everything.

Waited for 30 minutes to buy a new phone after being a customer for multiple years, while employees helped customers who came in after me for ridiculous concerns. They obviously didn't want My service anymore, so I switched. Much happier now.

They have Apple 13 with headphones for free didn't tell her about them didn't know about it until she called me and told me she got a new phone I says why don't you go to Metro and get an Apple 13 with headphones it's been on the TV all day it's free she said they said they didn't have any well why wouldn't they have any has been on TV all day Someday made her pay full price for her phone today but they did give her a free case not happy with them at all and I've been with Metro for years since they came out with the same phone number not too many people keep the same phone number since 2008

The customer service representative try to rip you off and charge double the price to pocket the money themselves, they overcharge for every device I do not recommend this Metro Pcs at all in Flint Michigan they are con artist. They do not follow the advertised deals they make their own.
