The building is in good condition, nice appearance and they decorate on the holidays. The staff at the location are helpful and friendly.I do not like the business as their business hours open are limited and conflict with my personal availability. Accessing my bank information online or remotely is an annoying process and has a mandatory second authentication process that might not work on occasion.

Honestly, if the morals of this bank is the same as the people who work inside this location then I definitely will NOT be bringing my business here. It is utterly shameful the latest stunt the employees here pulled with something that had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with them, but yet they felt they had a need to harass and report a homeless veteran that was NOT on their property, but other businesses property. The other businesses had NO problem with this individual, as he was a customer to all the stores and he was kind. But apparently they didn't like the looks of it and had the police run him off. Completely shameful! Did have thoughts of changing to a bank closer to me, but this one is definitely not the one. I don't want to contribute to such bad morality.

I'm on the fence with my experiences with this location. Most of the time deposits show up in my app. Other times with Teller error, I end up having to go back and find out why my money wasn't deposited. Customer service doesn't really help much either.

Your atm deposits are not available for 1-2 days. No soft hold on paychecks, meaning you can't even withdrawal $20 till the check clears. I put my check in the bank on friday and don't have access to my money till Monday. I called customer service and she couldn't help me at all.
