The postal system is getting worse. I went to the branch and found they closed for lunch and nothing posted to indicate when the employees would return to start serving customers again. Absolutely stupid. Will not go there again.

Mailman constantly refuses to deliver my mail because I have a dog inside my house. Not in the yard, in my house, behind doors and closed windows and walls. Yet somehow the mail carrier sees this as a fit reason to not deliver my mail? There is no danger at this house from dog, just frustration caused by a failing and lazy...

Lines are almost always shotter than other nearby post offices. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is free parking in the rear, which is definitely not normal for most area businesses in Ferndale.
