Very helpful very courteous staff. I do not suggest calling the call center or reservation line I would go directly to the U-Haul store nearest you and do it face to face otherwise you just end up having all kinds of problems. The folks at this particular U-Haul helped me out immensely they checked quite a few other U-Hauls in the area for what I needed and we're willing to help me get what I need for the time that I needed.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Quichard made our first time renting a Pleasant and Easy Experience . She gave us great advice on the size of Truck we would need and availability of a Dolly for moving appliances . With her Kind and informative customer service , we highly suggest to use this place . We originally reserved a reservation with Budget over a month ago. When they called me the day before and the day of stating they didn't have a truck and wanted me to drive to Detroit to get a truck, we called U-Haul at the last minute. The call center was extremely organized - they knew which locations had precisely what size truck and for how long we could have it for. We got to the location half expecting them not to have the size we reserved, and not only did they have the truck ready but we were in and out in under 10 minutes. The entire process was extremely painless. Which is exactly what you should get when you're moving your entire home.

The kid working at the desk was unhelpful and dismissive. When my husband asked him where the info about the drop off location was he told him to look at the paperwork. My husband was still unable to locate the information so he asked the kid to show him where it was and he was clearly annoyed. Turns out, there was no information on the paperwork and he had to give us an phone number to call. Also, we booked online and they never called us to confirm like the online system said they would. We had to call them. The truck was super clean and ran great. The customer service was a shame.
