I have 4 nieces and 2 nephews and ALWAYS find something in here for one or more of them.During quarantine, the owner of the store went above and beyond and locally delivered baby gifts that I needed for remote showers. “Helpful staff. My son's LEGO set (given as a gift so unsure where it was from) was missing one LEGO piece. They did not have this current set and did not have the piece in the store. The man helping me was able to help me find the right number of the specific LEGO piece and get me in contact with LEGO corporate so I could have the piece ordered.This store also has the create your own LEGO experience. My kids really enjoyed designing their own LEGO and watching it get printed right there in the store!”

“I have both ordered online and driven up to the store from the Cleveland area just to shop here. They have the best selection of AK Interactive paints and other weathering solutions around. They also have access to old Andrea figures. Ordering online is gratifying and they are very responsive and let you know as you are ordering if it will take a little longer to get something. My wife goes up with me and gets to visit with the store cat, Stella.”

“I have to say the quality of the games is amazing and the customer care is just as good. The owner Matt knew I was so excited to look at the games and relive my youth he let me play everything as if it was my company. I ended up purchasing 3 machines. This is as good as it gets from selection to how they treat you like family with zero pressure to purchase. If you are looking to purchase a machine a neon sign or anything your heart desires I can’t recommend them enough. Top notch !!! I will be a customer for life and be purchasing more games very soon.Matt the owner also is a stand up guy, long story short my father wanted to surprise my handicapped kid brother with a game he purchased for Christmas I didn’t know he purchased one and I bought one else ware. The other store when I called to cancel told me to pound sand literally not more then 5 minutes after I purchased it from him and all sales were final. I called my father to let him know I can’t get the money back and Matt the owner treated my 73 year old marine veteran father with nothing but class he refunded his money no questions asked !!! even though he wrapped and staged the game for delivery and still thanked my father for coming in even though he ended up canceling the deal. You don’t meet to many good people like Matt and this is why I will be a customer for life.5 stars is not enough to give this company there incredible !!!!!”

“We had a birthday party here for my son and his friend. The kids had a blast! You walk in and there is a table full of lego pieces for the kids to come in and start building. For the birthday party package you pick two projects for the kids to do during the party. Our kids picked the hex bug maze and the robot alligator. The kids had a blast being creative and seeing the awesome results. They ended with a robot battle. The staff was so good with the kids (mix of 6&7 year olds). All the parents have to do is bring the food/cake and party favors and the staff will take care of the rest. They served the food and cupcakes to the kids. They gave each birthday boy a special Robot Garage Lego mini fig. They helped pack up the food and presents and transport them to our cars after. It was a really great experience. We hope to go back to the Robot Garage again in the near future.”

“This is a unique store here in downtown RO. It's off 4th street, west of Main Street, just a bit off the beaten path. There's such a hodge podge collection of items here. Some fun toys for kids, adults and the adult kids too. Stuffed toys, old school or retro toys. Some clothing items too. I do enjoy taking a gander here and there when we walk around downtown. If you are in town, do check it out, you might find a unique memorabilia item you just have to buy.”

“I had no problem parking right out front. The meters were easy to understand. You can pay with credit cards OR quarters. If you choose the text receipt, the time is displayed for you. The meters are HEAVILY monitored, so feed the damn meter! The store itself has a good selection. Items are displayed nicely. The prices are average for collegiate apparel. It could have better lighting. The staff has NOT been helpful or friendly. I have visited three times and have had the same experience each time. It has never been busy. I have not yet visited while classes were in session. That may or may not change the parking situation or volume of shoppers.”

“This Barnes & Noble is located on the Wayne state university campus. As expected in Midtown the parking is street parking. Upon entering the building there is a separate café that is different from the Starbucks café. There is a lot of Wayne State merch. Office supplies were largely marked up. I came mostly for the Barnes & Noble aspect, I was disappointed in the limited selection of books- only 5 to 6 rows of books that were mostly geared towards young adult and fiction. The Starbucks city area was quite large with many students studying it hanging out. I would consider this location if you're already in the area and need a place to get Coffee or do work, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to check this place out unless you really need to for the bookstore.”

“Jasmin was extremely helpful when I was asking specific details about balloons, she never got frustrated with my questions and worked with me through the whole process. Shannon was extremely kind when I called a few minutes later to change a few details about my order. The store was out of helium and the workers were dealing with frustrated customers and they all maintained professionalism and never got flustered or frustrated with rude customers. I was extremely impressed with everyone in the store tonight. They are doing a great job.”
