Friendly service here.But no one can see that!Comerica needs to spend some more money on building renovations and less on so-called touchless customer service technology. Customers want in-person service through a window, not a video camera. Where are your windows? Your bank has lost its vision. You cannot see out your windows like you used to, and now your customers cannot see in your windows when you serve them, so, they no longer trust you. Are you losing customers? Restore your beautiful buildings as they were when they were built and you will have increased customer trust and they will refer other customers. This is a great bank! OUTSHINE THE BIG BANKS and you will stand out! Have a lovely day and God Bless you all..???

My mom and I work with Melissa and the other staff at the bank and they are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful!!!

If have direct express card and it's for this bank and you need all your money except 10.00 in acct. They take your card and cut it up. They want you to leave on your card but you barely have enough to pay your bills. They say they can't make no money off of you. Then way to have person buy your card and issue the thru State of Michigan. Worst bank in Michigan. Don't do business with them. The card has to be used at this bank or you have to pay charges.

Was here around 10am today. Waited over a half hour in the drive thru. They were not busy. Just didn't want to help customers as usual. Apparently the teller and the manager made new rules for today. Buisness owners are not aloud to make deposits unless there's 5 or more checks in deposit. This place is a getho ran establishment just like 10 mile and ryan. New rules for buisness owners on every visit.

this is the worst bank i have ever been at period. kept spelling and saying my name wrong over and over. wouldnt set up my account. horrible horrible service.closed my acct and will never go there again. will tell all my friends about it too.

Trying a money order for apartment and say we don't money order now that I didn't have problem with how they laugh just after where instead trying to help or tell us fortune after they laugh they did tell cvs did it but they could have been more professional about it

If this is not your branch, and you deposit cash they do not post it the same day. I've got six overdraft at $33 each and 4 more just came in today for $37 each. That's $300 they stole from me! what are they make up their own prices ? Im sick and tired of Comerica. change in my back

Terrible teller tehanna or something is her name. I just started a business .I considered this bank but I always check out tellers customer service skills first. She will & have caused this company to loss business.
