Left 3 phone messages after being on hold. No one ever returned my call. Spoke with corporate, said it was a franchise. Never go to that one if you want assistance.

Kurtis went above and beyond to get my packages out the door today! I had inadvertently selected Staples as a place of return on two out of three of my Amazon packages. He was able to show me how to go back and cancel those returns and then redo them with the UPS Store QR code. Thank you Kurtis!!
