Recently I had a prescription that was on auto refill. When the script was picked up we were charged the full price for the copay. But NOT all of the prescription was there (it was about 20 tablets short). This was NOT communicated to my spouse when he picked the scrpit up and I'm not in the habit of counting my meds because I expect them to do their job as trained professionals and do it correctly. However two weeks later I was called to come pick up my script (the other 20 tablets) I thought it was odd to be called so soon. But again NOT being told that it was the rest of a script I had already paid for I was again charged full price. They called again just the other day to say my script was ready but it has been stopped by my doctor. Curious if you would double charge and short change again. As a side note if you weren't closing already I would switch to a different pharmacy.

They didn't have a few hundred dollars on hamd to do a Western Union transaction. Seem if you are going to offer that service you would make sure to have some cash in the store.

Came to the store at 8:56 on a Monday night and the doors were locked. Absolutely horrible. Lost out on a customer and a future customer.

I have always had good experiences with Rite Aid. This visit did not disappoint. I needed some medication, and the pharmacist had everything ready for me. They called me in advance to let me know when to come. The visit was smooth and painless, just what I expect.

They used to be good but for the last year they have declined in their quality drastically. My scripts are never ready even though they're on auto fill, no one answers the phones when you check to see if they're ready or have a question, and often they are rude when you do go in. Definitely moving my scripts!

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy to go through. They never answer their phones so they are constantly ringing, never have your stuff done on time and never pat attention to customers standing at the counter. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else. They used to be alright years back but since then it's went downhill and still going.

I work in a doctor's office so calling in patient's prescriptions are crucial. Well this pharmacy never picks up their phones, and therefore I can't call in my patient's medications. Learn to answer your phones!!

The worst service possible! Just trying to confirm a prescription is ready for pick up and nobody will answer the phone. My wife tried calling for over an hour and Noone would answer. I tried calling for 45 minutes with no answer. This lacking of service is unexceptable for a pharmacy that people rely on for life saving drugs.
