Ended up with flat tire from a drywall screw. Lynn came out, had it fixed in like 10 minutes. Very nice, very professional. Have this team on speed dial now.

Hit a deer and smashed front passenger side. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to do anything with that. Gave me a FREE loaner vehicle while they had mine in the shop. Then when I picked up my vehicle I was thrilled to find out they gave it a complimentary professional grade detail cleaning inside and out. They even got out stains from four years ago in the interior. Not even a month later I had a mechanical issue on the side of the road so I called them, they towed it in and fixed it in a timely manner and my tow only cost around 100 bucks. I had a small concern with my door after the body shop portion of my experience and called them and they said "bring it in" and addressed the issue at no additional charge while reminding me that they always stand behind their work. Would recommend before any other place

I dont understand why your drivers have to do 60 down Mansiding Road passing a Semi and almost hit me headon! Or 50-55 through Harrison and Clare If the slush and ice would have been just right he would have and killed a person driving for the weather...so who knows what your vehicle will look like after they get it to the destination! So if you need a tow company and will drive properly I highly reccomend and call S&S towing in Harrison!

Jon is awesome! We got a flat tire on our way home from up north and had pulled into a gas station to change the tire. Jon happened to pass by on his way home from another job, saw that we were working on our tire and stopped to help. Saved us a bunch of time and frustration. Highly recommend.

I am new to the area and hit a deer, my car was not drivable. I had no idea on local tow companies or repair shops. My first call was to auto solutions. From the first phone call, to the wrecker driver, to Joe (who I believe is the owner) calling me and telling me he would make it look like it never happened, to the guys who fixed it and detailed it, they were ALL amazing. My car looks like it never happened!!! Every one was kind, polite and answered my questions. Would 10/10 recommend!!!! Thank you Auto Solutions!!!

The worst experience of my life, had a plpd accident and the owner tried to gaslight me into putting a lean on my vehicle. Charged over a grand for towing then completely changed his tune when my father came in. Takes advantage of horrible situations. Never send your car there

Huge shoutout to Daniel!!!
I was driving north on the highway to my hometown 2.5 hours away when (what I assume) my transmission blew. Without my husband or any help near by, my auto insurance sent out Daniel from Auto Solutions. He was there within twenty minutes. I love that he was very quick and efficient. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was also a bonus that I had felt very safe with him. Daniel had watched the traffic to ensure our safety, and he offered me to sit in the truck cab.
Our second vehicle wouldn’t have made it for my husband to come get me. I was so thankful that Daniel was willing to tow it to the auto shop that was an hour away by my house, and it was realistic for my husband to pick me up there.
I cannot rave enough about how grateful I am for Daniel and auto solutions being so amazing! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! They deserve a hundred stars. Thank you thank you thank you!

Lynn was calm and collected the whole time. I am an 18 kid from battle creek and i was on vacation. I screwed up and hit a ditch and he traveled around 40 minutes just to get me. he reassured me the whole time and was extremely professional in every single aspect. He is a dad himself and really took the time to understand everything and even changed a WHOLE tire for me. nobody has gone greater lengths than that man. I appreciate everything your company provides!

Great experience after we had an accident in our Chrysler Pacifica. They accept State Farm insurance and was able to get our van fixed up quickly! The owner took the time to call me on his cell phone and answered all of my questions. Thanks again!
