Nice shoes and clothes, but the staff stood outside the dressing room commenting on everything I tried on. It made me very very uncomfortable. I felt like an exhibit, trying clothes should be a personal experience, unless the customer asks for assistance.

They have gone down in quality and shoe selection while some prices have increased. Staff still pretty friendly & helpful.

It's not like it used to be didn't have a large selection of shoes, this was the place you could go to and find any kind of shoes from dressy to casual.

Although the selection was limited the staff was friendly and patient. I would definitely return for myself. We were shopping for prom shoes.

Customer service has significantly declined! My mom & I have been shopping here for years. Love their unique shoe selection. Staff used to be so friendly & helpful. Entered store 30 min b4 closing, wasn’t greeted, no assistance, except to tell me when they were closing & no good-bye. Although I found a pair of shoes over $100. I wanted to buy, I kept my money in my pocket! I like to spend $ where I feel seen & respected.
