I am a Registered Nurse and have worked in many facilities over the years using many different pharmacies throughout the country and this pharmacy is by far the worst at getting ahold of a Pharmacists when patients are out of narcotics.

As a provider, I can't believe that a pharmacy would fill a medication like zarelto without clarification from the facility when the medication was filled two days prior and then expect the client to pay the 600$ cash price. I have never had a such a bad experience with a pharmacy. Will never recommend them to anyone. Poor attempt to take advantage of the elderly population!

make sure your meds are checked in off you use PharmaScripthave your nurses check every order visuallyI was a driver and they expected 5 minutes drop offs well there's was always a mistake on at least one drop every night so because I took time to have them check the order I gotta fired.I was driving over 12 hrs a day sometimes 15 hrs and only resting 5 before getting back to work . mistakes happen when we rush and people that are in nursing homes on Hospice needs there meds daily so think about it before using this company.

Since they started servicing my dad's medicine at home had none but Inconsistent service they let kids with no technicians license dispense medicine and manager with narcotic diversion conviction run narcotic drugs / using FedEx to mail out narcotics is illegal I had FedEx dropping narcotics and pharmacy want me to mail back signature as if I picked it up

Don't know where to start ? billing mistakes left and right had to change pharmacy because my insurance was questioning their billing practice

Bad service my dad medicare statements does not match this place statement just got my dad enrolled in new aetna plan they billed his prescription rx card on 10-30-20 then billed aetna on 11,2,20 thats 3 days apart billing twice for same srugs but 2 different insurance plan dont beleive their five star reviews the guy deliver my dad drugs asked me to leave 5 star review and say his boss force all workers to do so beware
