Bought a beautiful foyer rug from Ryan at Metro Carpet & Floors in Farmington. He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They had a large selection to choose from, and I will definitely go back for any future flooring needs.

Dom was awesome to work with, he made sure the entire time things were taken care of. Because of him what was just a flooring job turned into basically an entire house job. We will for sure be back just because of him!

This review is specifically for their Farmington Hills, MI location (29955 Orchard Lake Rd). One of my friend suggested them and I am so very happy I visited their store. Their salesman "Dom Lesnock" is so awesome and a superstar. Next time I or any of my family/friends have any flooring reqirement, I am blindly recommending to go meet Dom at Metro Carpet & Floors, Farmington Hills location.I was in the market for carpet installation in my basement. We have been to almost half a dozen stores that were recommended by friends or after reading good reviews about them. Either we didn't like their collection, or their prices, or their customer service or their pressure tactics or the way they responded to our questions. But working with Dom at Metro Carpet & Floors was a totally different experience. If you don't know, they are also one of the few stores that offers 9 pound density premium padding. All my questions & followups got addressed in a timely manner irrespective of whether they were via emails, phone calls or text. Dom is very patient and respectful, would not only show what we needed to see but would provide his inputs based on his experience that will help us look other stuff we didn't know about. We were also very particular about padding density and face weight value of the carpet. He exceeded our expectations and we ended up finalizing carpet within a week. The entire process after that was super easy. Dom made sure his installers know exactly what we needed, and they in turn went beyond their ways to meet all our specific custom needs and did more than. In fact, Dom had them come back next day to take care of few things they missed .... and guess what ... once they were done and left, after 20 mins when I found something minor they missed - he called them again, had them turn around (in rush hour) to come back and get everything completed per my satisfaction.Due to all the above mentioned reasons, I am taking out taking some time to write this review hoping that people read it.NO DOUBT METRO CARPET & FLOORS DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY !! They are awesome.

I contracted them to remodel my bathroom. They started on Sept 4th, and the 1st day that they came in they didn't put any covers on my carpet and proceeded to say I should buy new carpeting. In the middle of my remodel they left and said they ran out of tile. How did you run out of tile when you came in and measured?! 3 weeks into it with a lot of calls they finally came back to finish the tile. At every turn, they were trying to nickel and dime me even though we had agreed on a price and had a contract. In addition, when they came in for the remodel they took the toilet out and let water sit in it. The drain is crooked, the tile isn't leveled, etc. Save yourself some grief and don't use this company.

They installed a runner on my stairs and didn’t bind it properly so it moves and it has ripped. We have tried to reach out to them multiple times only to never get a follow up or they don’t show up when they say they will.

If you're looking for high end and reasonable priced flooring I highly recommend Metro C & F! Upon recently visiting the Rochester location, I was impressed with the cleanliness, organization, large selection, and great service. I approached the sales Representative, explained the type of carpet pattern I was interested in purchasing, the part of the house I needed the installation, (Steps and hallway) and color. Ali was helpful, directing me to choose from products which worked best for high traffic areas.Once decided which carpet styles I desired, he set up an appointment for the measurements.He arrived at the appointed time, measured, and shortly afterward, gave my husband and I a fair price for the carpet chosen.The following week, at specified time, our carpet was professionally, and beautifully installed by two very nice gentleman.Beforehand, Klodi had me confirm the carpet style and color before installation.Once I matched my phone photo with the carpet ordered, he proceeded to explain the plan to remove carpet, install the new carpet and clean up. My husband and I were very pleased with the results from start to finish.I'm glad we did business with Metro Carpet and floors and why I needed to write this well deserved review.
