*DO NOT BOOK HERE*I'm going to give my honest opinion but please be advised that I am not on here for clout, attention or anything above, I am just sharing my honest opinion during my visit.Let me just start off by saying after carefully reading and review all the current comments and concerns that everyone else had during there experience I just wanted say everything is completely true.1. I hade to buy my own cleaning supplies just so that I can feel comfortable in my room and sleep peacefully at night but sometimes I can't still because of when I walked to my room after checking in and seeing the amount of filth just repeats in my head.2. They are completely short staff so don't expect anything from them if you need anything. During my experience I have only seen 1-3 people on the entire property cleaning all the rooms at once, when I was talking to one of them they said to me they couldn't give me any towels because they are out of stock and only have of what they were given. Somedays they'll have no Towels for the rooms.3. THEY DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT have Body wash soap of any kind but if they do its most likely some cheap dollar store brand and the shampoo as well so be aware.4. Front desk clerks or hotel receptionists have the worst customer service in the world they do not comprehend very well5. This place haves 2 dryers and 2 washers but the thing is only 1 washer works so I would advise you to go to the nearest laundromat.6. Beware there is a lot of drama there day and night as far as police arriving, people are arguing and fighting, be followed by random strangers, attempting breaking and entering your room while your inside.If you are poor or homeless and do not have a place to stay I can say this a great place for you because its affordable and doesn't require a deposit. this hotel for is just the right home you if your interested.I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY TRAVELERS TO ATTEND THIS HOTEL IF YOUR ON A STRICT BUDGET BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY THE THINGS YOU NEED, KNOWING YOU WOULD EXPECT THE HOTEL WOULD PROVIDE IT FOR YOU.Safety: Local Police Departments will ride around the property to look for suspicious activity.

We booked a jet tub room for 1 night. As soon as we got into the room my child walked back and forth on the not carpeted floor a couple times before we noticed how dirty their feet were from the floor. There were bugs in the room, writing on the walls. Very uncomfortable blankets on the bed. There was no garbage in the room. No clock in the room. The phone in the room wasn't working. To top it all off the jet tub (the reason we booked with knights inn) didn't have a plug to hold water in, parts of it were broken, and the flooring around it was sinking in and felt as if it would break through any time we stepped on it. Nothing there was worth it. I would never stay again.

It is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The whole place just feels dirty and very old. The toilet had pissed in it when I checked in, WIFI wasn't working and the front desk was not nice. I left after 30 Minutes and was told I could get a refund through Expedia (Who I booked through). They then denied the request to issue the refund! Absolute terrible, filthy, lying, and deceiving place/owners. AVOID!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. There was a mass of tangled hair sticking out of the jacuzzi drain. The firealarm was removed completely. A strange dust covered the entire room. The chair, bed sheets and pillow cases all had various stains (some of which could have definitely been taken care of with typical cleaning supplies, and other stains were cigarette burns that require replacement sheets). Aside from the room having its issues, we did not feel safe at this inn (because of loiterers). I would not want any of my friends, family, or acquaintances to visit this inn. I hope management steps up their game.Rooms: Unclean, broken, bad

The TV never worked I called and then went up to the office, they never fixed it. The quilts had stains the floors were sticky and the sheets were so wrinkled and I do not know if they were changed. The bath, sink, toilet was dirty. It's good thing we brought some of our own stuff. Not even worth the 58.00.

They have to be paying people to give them stars because aint no way it should be three stars on this place. Never in my big age have I ever seen anything this disgusting. I'm not even going to get into the runaround that I was given but I went to check out the alleged only Jacuzzi room they had walked in the towels from the previous person on the floor the bed was not made and the door was open. Like a fool I agreed to another room the sheets were just tossed on the bed we're not properly made I opened the refrigerator and there was a three-pack candy bar with one candy bar left and a rag in the freezer. The toilet stopped up and I asked front desk will there be somebody to come out and plunge it he said no i had to get the plunger myself. The sockers are exposed. Smoke detector had no cover with wires hanging out and a grocery bag covering it.

The night Clerk was no good. I stayed over 2 days my room was not clean there was damage throughout the room when I asked the clerk for more tiles he told me I could only have a tile no rag no thing else well I said I been coming here for 10 years every time I come in from Ohio and that didn't matter think I need to find me another place now

For starters, as soon as we walked in the room we were blasted with this horrible musty smell!!!!! I could tell right off the bat the room was dirty so I took pictures of the used pillowcases, the toothpaste left in the sink, the blood spots everywhere, the stains left in the toilet from the previous guests, the mouse droppings in the corner, the cobwebs all over the room. I would definatly not recomend staying here!!!!!!!

This place is LITERALLY THE WORST. DO NOT COME AND STAY HERE! I book a reservation for someone yesterday, Jun, 11 2023. She shows up and nobody is at the desk. I start calling and nobody will answer the phone. I call Priceline and several agents call... No answer.I call today and I explain what happens to the desk guy and he puts the phone down asking someone else what happened. I hear the guy in the background CLEARLY say "I left to go to my other job." A woman picks up the phone and acts like it's all good saying it was a no call no show. They then say they'll charge me the one night of a 13 day reservation and I need to contact Priceline basically.Very shady business. Please don't stay here NO MATTER WHAT!
