Ordered a switch on Monday and still have not received it nor a refund for my overnight shipping. Here was his excuse and fix via text message….“ So I finally got a chance to concentrate on this particular order, I will be overnighting it today and refund all the shipping, we had a panicked inventory issue and I ran to Brighton Michigan myself to get you your switch. I apologize and will get you tracking and the refund immediately”Wish I would have read these reviews sooner and not ordered because guess what….still haven’t received a package nor refund on shipping as of today. I would also advise as others have to not to business what so ever with this company or whatever it is!

Ordered Furniture from these people in July of 2023 it is now almost May of 2023’ They charged my card 8023.00 after 8 weeks stared calling about my order they said they would check and get back with me, Never happened! I finally called the manufacture where they ordered the furniture in April, Guess what they never placed the order, just pocketed the money. I Ques’s I should have read there reviews first. These folks can not be trusted, beware, beware beware

I'd put zero stars as after our order was placed, (with 1/2 money paid) our calls were never answered or returned. Same with emails. So far no money returned, either.I talked to Brad&Hall (this guy used to work for him) and was told that this scam/poor business has been going on for many years. Buyer beware. Call Brad&Hall.

I strongly suggest do not do any business with this company. Ordered 2 captains chairs which they required 50% down by check. Now I am one of many no chairs, no returned calls, money stolen

Buyer beware!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a marine couch back in February from Josh. He said it could take up to 6 months to get in. About 4 or 5 months in I started inquiring about the status of my order, since I gave him a very large deposit, with absolutely zero response from Josh. The very few times he actually picked up the phone he was always working on an RV and “would get back to me as soon as he was done” I never heard anything. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I hope Josh gets back to me soon otherwise I will be contacting the BBB to see what my options are to get my money back. Stay away from this company!!!!!

We have been waiting for over a year for our order, now I just want a refund. We were told Aug 17, 2022 that our order would arrive in December, 2022. It is now the end of August 2023. No return calls or emails requesting our refund or our items. RUN don't WALK away from this company.

BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We ordered material from this company and never received all of our order. It is very hard to get anyone to answer the phone or an email. When we would get an answer it was the same run around story. Apparently there was a shortage of material but when I contacted the company who makes the Ultra leather directly they said there is no shortage they don’t know why we were told that. This company is nothing more than a BIG SCAM!

Wife ordered a captains chair in October of 2022 for 3k and was told it would be delivered by the end of February 2023. Middle of February wife received a message that the chair was in the process of being finished and getting ready to ship. Well it never showed up and my wife could not get a response from Josh. The middle of March we still had no chair so I called Villa in California and was told there was never an order placed for us. After several calls to Josh we finally was refunded the money we paid. We waited 5 months for a chair that was never ordered. I would highly recommend doing business' somewhere else. The web page shows several people with headsets to answer phones but no one ever answer but Josh, if your Lucky

I can not speak highly enough to level of work done by Josh & his crew at Coach Supply Direct. My wife & I completely refurbished a 10 year old coach. I used another contractor in the Elkhart area for some of the heavier overhaul stuff but while in the area we wanted to also check out Josh. We met with him and hit it off so we decided to “throw some work” his way; we could not be happier. I wish I would have had Josh & his crew at Coach Supply Direct perform all of my upgrades but I can assure you that nobody other than Josh will ever touch my coach again. Specifically, Josh put in an absolutely beautiful laminate floor, new carpet, fireplace, upgraded my sound system, new TVs, stereo, some soundproofing and heat protection on my doghouse (front engine diesel), various electrical upgrades, added power sources, fixed (and found) a VERY small and perplexing shower leak, changed out all valances, new LED lights throughout, & repaired a windshield seal (talked me OUT of a more expensive repair). The floor is AMAZING as well. Josh and his crew glue down a wood subfloor and roll it before laying down the laminate; the trim work after the floor is FANTASTIC as well to include complex angles and small trim pieces, well done. Josh is a good Christian man with a strong work ethic; I am proud to now call him a friend.One more thing: I see some of the negative reviews here about long wait times; I too was caught up in that with another supplier, NOT JOSH’S FAULT! Villa RV furniture (high end) was out of foam. I canceled my order for 2 captains chairs from them after waiting more then a year. I wanted some Flexsteel Furniture as well; Josh was the one who told me that they had left the RV furniture market thus forcing us to reupholster our existing furniture. Most of these customers were caught up in the time period where Flexsteel shutdown thus stranding customers AND suppliers like Josh. He is a good man!

Been waiting 11 months now for 2 couches! With no explanation besides it’s delayed. I wasn’t called and told it was delayed I called 2 months after it was to be done and was told this. Couple months later was sent the remaining balance invoice so I paid it thinking it was shipping soon. Waited a month only to have to call and be told oh no couches aren’t done yet. Told him I need it by June for a trip and told him I’d be passing near his shop (3hrs out of my way) he could put them in then. He said fine. Never get a call I’m now in Michigan for 3 weeks and now he won’t answer/return my calls. Customer service is horrible! Stay away!
