Called multiple times to see when they would come out to replace my windows. No one never showed up. Called them for 2 days straight and nothing but excuses about its raining and they will be out on a day without rain. Still no show on days without rain.

We had a truck in the area that needed two pieces of 1/4" clear lami.They said they had the glass and would do it the same day.Said they would call with an estimate.never called with a pricedidnt finish the job the same daytook the whole next day to complete the job- so 2 days! Lost one day of business.Charged us $1185 for the service. The invoice didn't break down the charges. Should have been around $600-$700 at most.They took advantage of an out of town customer.Will let the better business bureau know about them as well.

This is the worst company ever. They never answered their phone. They were supposed to be here at 10am yesterday and they showed up at 130pm. Then they cracked the window putting it in and it wasnt the right size so they screwed wood in. They were supposed to come out today at 10am to fix the window THEY cracked and it's now 12pm and they are not here and refuse to answer the phone. This is super unprofessional
