“Great selection, great prices, and beautiful produce. I love their selection of organic foods, and their salad bar is awesome. They also have many flavors of kombucha, which I love, and in general I always find something new to try when I go!”

“Friendly, knowledgeable staff, wonderful selection of products. They've really upped their game in recent years, and now have an excellent produce section as well as the best by far nutrition/vitamin/supplement center in Lansing. It's great knowing I can trust all the products to have been well vetted. Nice array of take out foods, and local eggs and honey. Always immaculate and peaceful.”

“Noodles, tofu, and rangoons are great for takeout. There are a lot of Asian grocery items you wouldn’t find most places, though the stock is not consistent (one time I went and bought bamboo shoots and water chestnut, but the next time they had neither in stock). All around, a nice small business shop.”

“Clean store with really friendly staff. Many of my staple items (tofu, eggs, soy milk, frozen/fresh fruits and veg., etc.) are cheaper at WF than at Meijer. Not a fan of the self checkout, but the regular checkout is always open unlike some other stores. Staff are top notch baggers too.”

“I love Bath Meijer, it has a more open set up than other area Meijer stores. So no matter how busy the parking lot looks, It never feels crowded. They may have a smaller selection of some things, but I'll take less choices and more space. The pick up employees are PHENOMINAL here too! They seem to really care about picking the best items they can for you, and packing them nicely. Even down to putting toys around the holidays in black bags that can't be seen through. Very sweet people and always friendly! ❤️”

“It's wild to me that there's a Target on Grand River in downtown East Lansing now. If it had been there while I was in college, I probably would've spent a lot of money there! This Target is a mini store but has pretty much anything a college student needs - snacks, beverages, apparel, toiletry items, household stuff, things for your dorm, etc. Nate and I stopped in while in town over the summer and grabbed some items.I loved the little statue of Bullseye, the Target dog, because he was wearing an MSU jersey! How adorable. They had a pretty decent selection of MSU apparel too. The self check out stations were quick and easy to use, with no lines. I don't think I'll find myself coming here often, especially since I don't live in the area, but it's definitely convenient!”

“Great location, lots of parking, it's been my primary place for groceries over the past three years and there is a Starbucks! I use the pharmacy there as well. It is clean and close to home!”

“I like kroger but the one on w.lake lansing my granddaughter checked me out at a self scan as she cashiers and is fast.I saw a candle i purchased was real cheap and i bought up another one for her to scan and the assistant asked us if she scanned both candles.she could have seen we did on her end but chose to embarrasse us.Then we needed assistance for a chip coupon, and had us dig thru the bags to find the 2nd bag. there was no need to do all of that.Very angry and sad that my grandaughter and myself were chosen to annoy.”

“I like the variety of products, the quality and the offers.I could only say that for improvement the bike parking could be a little bigger, and make the modifications to make it more inviting for bike users.”

“I’ve been to a lot of subways and for the most part, they’ve been bad. That wasn’t the case here I actually got a good sandwich that wasn’t a headache to order”

“This Kroger is the best in the area (all of Lansing and EL). I wish Kroger as a company would update some of the stores in the city, but this one is great! They have a cashier named Brandon that waited on me the other day and what a breath of fresh air!!! Finally someone that is customer service oriented! Thought it was a lost art! This guy was speedy, personable, knowledgeable and just an absolute joy! He needs to be a manager of customer service for the entire company! Will come here from now on (I live 15 miles away) but this and the cleanliness and stock of the store are great! The other employees are very good as well. Please Kroger, hold on to Brandon and do better in your city areas.”

“I had to make a Kroger run today to complete my list of ingredients for cooking for the holiday. During checkout, I ran into a few technical user problems. Jay, a female employee working at the self-checkout stations was AMAZING. There was someone else working the 6 stations that I was at but she was occupied with sometihng so Jay came over to help me since no one was in need of assistance at the 6 stations she was at. Jay went from my 6 stations back over to hers helping people out. She was quick, knowledgable about the computer systems functioning, polite, thoughtful, and she smiled while she helped me. I have not experienced anyone as pleasant as her during my self-checkout experiences other places. If she is not a manager, she should certainly be trained for a management position as she possesses the abilitiy to train others to be as effective as she demonstrated today. Keep up the great work Jay, you made my day and I noticed your skills. I hope Kroger notices them too. You are a hard worker. Thank you for your help today. ;)”
