This is the worst post office ever they take a 2 hour lunch break everyday. They open and close whenever they feel like it. This is so unprofessional. Not to mention rude. Something needs to change

Here's the deal. I love the only staff member I see on the regular Tracy. The building is literally falling apart. I've reported this to consumer affairs they claimed the building wasn't owned by USPS but if YOUR leasing a building that would be even more of a reason to make the owner fix it. I suspect she may have been lying but regardless the condition is intolerable.

The staff is very helpful and appreciated by me every time I have things inside their scope. They are overworked and under recognized.That being said USPS as an entity should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I’ve only seen 2 people a lady I believe is the Post Master and one gentleman. Please get these people help and rehab the building!Again the workers are doing their best. If the front door is locked maybe they went on a rest room break. My every interaction with this team they are VERY helpful. Just be patient. If your experience push back. Just be gracious.I travel a lot and have PO Boxes in other states. Outside of South Dakota. These people the best I’ve come across.USPS your people deserve better work conditions. Leaky roofs so I’m sure mold is there.

Great Staff, very friendly. One star is because I can't rely on it being open during posted times. They have lunch 1:30 -2:30pm but are often not even open outside of that. I've come at 10am, 1:15pm, 11:30am and 2:37pm on four separate occasions and had to drive back home because they were not open. Management needs to give them more help and more money to keep the building nice because it is an eyesore.

There’s a young lady that’s in there everyday. Not a day goes by I walk in there she’s welcoming. Never speaks , never a happy face, no good vibes at all!

The most GHETTO post office I've been to. They lose mail. Can't provide basis services. We have to go to other post offices to do business then close this one because it's not servicing the community!!!!

Checked on my delivery due today and it said they attempted to delivery and will try again. Mind you I have been home all day. Snow shoveled walk way shoveled.
