Tried calling to locate a package which they lost... They lied and told me it was picked up by my zone, they didn't have it. Next day the story changed, we never received it... At this point, what's really going on in there? This is happening on a regular basis when my packages go there over the weekend. I wish they were more organized and had better customer service... No urgency at all when it comes to the customer. I was told to file a complaint and after reading all the negative reviews, I doubt if it will make a difference.

Mike Henderson was extremely helpful and pleasant. I can only imagine how stressful mail service facilities can be, but he took the time to help me track down a missing package.

Typical Detroit service. Epitome of slacker central. Everytime my mail passes through this facility, it's either lost or held up. I have even written my congressman (little good that did), and they still haven't improved their service. They whine that they are backlogged with deliveries since Christmas, but no other post office seems to have this problem. If you have a tracking number and the stopover is in Allen Park Distribution Center, kiss your package goodbye, you won't get it. If it ever does arrive, it was after it sat at that facility for a month.
