The people at this post office tear open and rifle through mail all the time. Just about every piece of mail that can be torn open, has arrived torn open, obviously by people who are nosy and do not respect privacy. Most of the mail I get that is in a shipping bag arrives torn open. It is totally out of control. Don't dare complain, or you may not get your mail. I will add photos as they come in.

Decided to file a report with the attorney generals office to get this post office shut down! I’ve complained about the same mail lady several times and NOTHING has been done! I’ve even contacted the main post office on fort street, put in a report still NOTHING! So now I take it up a notch! I want it shut down and everybody there to lose their job! Especially when me not getting my mail messes with my money and my livelihood in which it has! This lady laughs as if she knows I can’t lay a hand on her and nothing will be done! I’m moving out of this god awful neighborhood and she is one of my main reasons why! I have stuff to lose and ppl nowadays play with ppl as if things can’t happen! So I suggest anyone in this area get a P.O. Box, or something if you not getting your mail or file with the attorney general office. I will make it my daily work to make sure this post office is shut down one of thee worst ones in the city of Detroit!

I redeemed a gift card through Amex which was scheduled for delivery last Friday. It never arrived and when I checked the tracking, the mail carrier flagged it as wrong address, return to sender. There have been no tracking updates since last Friday, the mail doesn’t show it was delivered to the sender. I verified with Amex that the letter was sent to the correct address and they confirmed. I’ve had other letters sent from them and received them with no problem. This letter was marked as “Amex membership rewards” which is why I believe the mail carrier stole it. I filed a case online and no one has reached out to me but they had the never to send me a link to fill out a survey in regards to the case. The gift card is still missing and the tracking is still showing wrong address, return to sender with no movement. I’m disappointed that I can’t redeem my rewards for physical gift cards because I’m pretty sure they will be stole in route.

I showed up for a transaction @ the customer service counter, which was to open @10 AM. No one appeared until 20 after. This guy couldn't do anything but apologize and say to come back in another 30 minutes. Postal service isn't what it used to be. My dad worked downtown 34 years!!! He used to talk about management ?

Worst postman. I have to search for my packages. He Tosses my packages on my porch. I have video of him doing just that.

I set up to receive emails to inform me of the mail being delivered. I received ALL of the mail expected except the check that was included in the list of images. I spoke with someone from the post office and they have no answers.

Never get your check delivered from this post office, they will steal it! They also stole my phone, I sent it back for repairs, they tracked it at the post office, it was never mailed!

This mail carrier on my route is nuts and so is the manager of this office. Due to me having dogs INSIDE my home that have never chased, attacked, even touched this lady they are refusing to deliver my mail and packages!!! Went as far as to have the manager come to my home just to tell my boyfriend that- smh wow! Welllllll wellll wellll I work for a law firm and have some close friends that will be handling this for me- there is no way my house is the only house on this lady route with dogs! We have been considerate and close the door when she pull up, we have asked to come pick our packages up they refuse- hell the manager came to the house without packages just to tell us we can't get packages! This is a super weird post office and I will make it my next project to do something about this place and their staff members ain't no way they should be doing ppl like that and refusing their mail- Not cool at all. And their so rude when you call it literally make you not want help from them because you know there is nothing their going to do about it- Well I am

This place is a joke lying workers keep saying no safe places to deliver my packages I’m home all day waiting on my delivery with the door open and no one shows I live in a apartment they’re lazy and don’t want to walk around to my apartment to deliver so they lie and say undeliverable SMH sad

The worse post office on the Westside by far. There is never a clerk & almost never open anymore during regular business hours. The manager standing behind the glass telling everyone no clerk as if he can't help customers how you become the manager to begin with. Worse before covid & now pitiful after covid.
